 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
  
 1) THE PROPERTY IS TO BE RE-PLATTED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF THE FIRST C.O. PER SECTION 6(2)(E)(II) OF RESOLUTION
 NO. 185-18 (THE "DEVELOPMENT ORDER").
  
 2) THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE HAS AN
 ERROR. THE AE FLOOD ZONE ON THIS PROPERTY HAS TWO BFES.
 THERE IS A 6.0' BFE AND A 7'.0 BFE. BOTH SHOULD BE
 ENTERED IN SECTION B9. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN AN AE
 FLOOD ZONE WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 7' NAVD88.
 THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE REQUIRES A 2' FREEBOARD
 WHICH MAKES THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION FOR THIS PROJECT
 9.0'. ALL EQUIPMENT SERVICING THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED
 TO BE AT OR ABOVE 9' NAVD. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S FLOOD
 POLICY. THE CITY REQUIRES THREE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES.
 FIRST, A PRECONSTRUCTION ELEV. CERT. BASED ON THE
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWING. SECOND, A CONSTRUCTION ELEV.
 CERT. BASED ON THE LOWEST FLOOR FORMS. THIRD A FINAL
 ELEV. CERT. BASED ON THE FINISHED BUILDING. PLEASE
 SUBMIT THE PRECONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AT
 THIS TIME. THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE ARTICLE XVII -
 FLOOD PREVENTION AND CONTROL SEC. 94-546 - PROVISIONS
 FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.
  
 3) THE RESIDENTIAL ACTIVE USE ROOMS LOCATED IN THE
 PARKING GARAGE ARE CURRENTLY SHOWN AS SHELLS. PER THE
 RESPONSE LETTER, THE ACTUAL USE OF THESE ROOMS, THE
 BATHROOM REQUIREMENTS AND ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS WILL
 BE ADDRESSED AT A LATER DATE. FBC 107
  
 4) A HOLD WILL BE PLACED ON THE C.O. UNTIL THE ART IN
 PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 5) ON PAGE 06.001-A0.100, GENERAL NOTE 13 SHOULD
 REQUIRE LOUVERS TO BE DESIGNED TO ASCE 7-10 RATHER THAN
 7-05. FBC CHAPTER 35
  
 6) ON PAGE 06.009-A1.103, A CHANGE TO ADD STORAGE TO
 THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PARKING GARAGE IS NOT SHOWN
 ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS. FBC AMEND. 107.2.1
  
 7) ON PAGE 06.015-A1.201G, THERE ARE ELECTRIC VEHICLE
 CHARGING STATIONS SHOWN IN THE PARKING GARAGE. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL IS REQUIRING THAT AT LEAST 1 OF EVERY
 25 EVC STATIONS COMPLY WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY. THIS
 ALIGNS WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY 208.2.
  
 8) ON PAGES 06.032-A1.225N AND 06.033-A1.225S BATHROOMS
 HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE 25TH LEVEL WHERE THE TELECOMM.
 ROOMS WERE PREVIOUSLY LOCATED. THE TELECOMM. ROOMS HAVE
 BEEN RELOCATED TO THE PREVIOUS LOCATION OF THE ELEVATOR
 CONTROL ROOMS FOR THE ELEVATORS THAT WERE NOT THE FIRE
 SERVICE ELEVATORS. SPECIFY THE NEW LOCATION OF THE
 CONTROL ROOMS FOR THESE ELEVATORS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 9) THE ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT (MOTOR) IS LOCATED ABOVE THE
 HOISTWAYS. PLEASE INDICATE WHERE THE DRAWINGS FOR THESE
 ROOMS AND THE ACCESS TO THEM ARE LOCATED ON THE PLANS.

 ENCLOSED BY NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR FIRE BARRIERS
 CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 707 OR
 HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 711, OR BOTH. OPENINGS INTO THE ACCESS ROOMS
 SHALL BE PROTECTED BY OPENING PROTECTIVES HAVING A FIRE
 PROTECTION RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 3/4 HOUR. DOORS
 SHALL BE SELF- OR AUTOMATIC-CLOSING UPON THE DETECTION
 OF SMOKE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 716.5.9.3.
