 1- IMPACT FEES - ENTRY AREA SHOWN ON PLANS WAS A
 SCREENED PORCH. PLANS REQUIRE REVIEW BY THE PBC IMPACT
 FEE OFFICE. CALL (561) 233-5025. UPON APPROVAL, YOU MAY
 CHECK OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR
 REVIEW. PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE
 RECEIPT AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL
 IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE

 2- SHEET A2:
 A) PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A NEW ENTRY AREA.
 ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THIS AREA WAS A SCREENED PORCH. (SEE
 EXISTING FLOOR PLAN SHEET EX2 AND PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE). PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 HAS A NOTE BELOW THE ENTRY LABEL STATING THAT THE ENTRY
 IS "NOT INCLUDED IN PROJECT". CLARIFY WHY IS NOT
 INCLUDED IN PROJECT IF THE PLANS ARE SHOWING THAT THE
 PORCH IS BEING ALTERED TO AN ENTRY AREA. NEED TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE FRAMING OPENINGS THAT WILL RECEIVE THE NEW WINDOWS
 AND FOR THE INFILL OF THE WEST WALL IN THIS AREA.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND CONNECTORS.
 SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: COORDINATE LABEL OF ROOMS SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 AND DOOR SCHEDULE TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
  
 B) A STAIR LANDING IS REQUIRED IN THE NEW STAIRS IN THE
 NEW REAR PORCH. SEC. R311.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC.
 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 C) CLEARLY IDENTIFY IN FLOOR PLAN ALL ROOMS (SPECIALLY
 ALL THE BEDROOMS) TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 702.5 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 3- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF SHEATHING. PLANS
 DON'T SPECIFY THICKNESS OF ROOF SHEATHING. SEC. R803
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE; ALSO, COORDINATE ROOF SHEATHING NAILING TYPE AND
 NAILING SPACING. SPECIFICATION ON ROOF LAYOUT ON SHEET
 S1 DON'T MATCH PLYWOOD SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE ON
 SAME SHEET. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 B) SLIDING GLASS DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF NOA 17-0222.09 SUBMITTED; CLEARLY MARK
 SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED AND PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR PERIMETER AND
 CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON
 LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. NEED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 TO MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF EACH ROOF ZONE AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
