 2. [FBC 453.8.3.1]THE MINIMUM CONSTRUCTION TYPE FOR
 ONE- AND TWO-STORY PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES SHALL
 BE NONCOMBUSTIBLE TYPE I, II OR IV CONSTRUCTION OR
 BETTER.
  
 3. [FL STATUTE 553] IS THIS A MANUFACTURED BUILDING
 THAT HAS APPROVALS?
 IF SO PROVIDE COPY OF BUILDING INSTALLATION AND DETAILS
 OF FOUNDATION CONNECTION, AND ADA RAMP AS APPLICABLE TO
 THE NEW STRUCTURE.
 IF PRE-FAB MEANING PRE CAST WALL PANELS THAN PROVIDE
 THE PLANS WITH ENGINEERING OF HOW THE STRUCTURE MEETS
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC CHAPTER 16.
 FOUNDATION PLAN, SECTION AND ROOF PLAN WILL ALSO BE

 FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE IS THE DISTANCE MEASURED FROM
 THE BUILDING FACE TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) THE
 CLOSEST INTERIOR LOT LINE; 2) TO THE CENTERLINE OF A
 STREET, ALLEY OR PUBLIC WAY; OR 3) TO AN IMAGINARY LINE
 BETWEEN TWO BUILDINGS ON THE LOT. THE DISTANCE SHALL BE
 MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM THE FACE OF THE WALL.
  
 6. [FBC TABLE 705.8]MAXIMUM AREA OF EXTERIOR WALL
 OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE AND DEGREE
 OF OPENING PROTECTION.

 SYSTEM.

 IN THE NEW BUILDING?

 CO-ORDINATION OF CALL OUTS AND DETAILS. SHEET A-4 CALL
 -OUT 1/A-6 AT BATHROOM IS OK TO FIND WALL SECTION ON
 SHEET A-6, BUT MAY NEED TO ADD WALL CALL OUT TO OTHER
 NEW WALLS AS WELL. ALL OTHER CALL OUTS ARE EITHER
 MISSING OR DON?T CORRESPOND TO THE CORRECT DETAIL.
  
 NOTE:
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW

 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
