 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1) PLEASE NOTE THE PRIME PERMIT 18090922 IS FOR THE
 REMOVAL OF AN EXISTING INTERIOR CLOSET AND REPLACE
 DRYWALL. THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE FOR A NEWLY
 RECONFIGURATION RESTROOM. PLEASE EXPLAIN IF THERE IS A
 CHANGE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK, IF SO PLEASE CHANGE THE
 SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AS
 WELL.107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. SCOPE OF WORK WAS NOT REVISED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE SCOPE OF WORK IS FOR A NEWLY
 RECONFIGURATION OF EXISTING RESTROOM. AND BASED ON THE
 PLANS SUBMITTED, THE SCOPE OF WORK NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE
 WORK DONE IN THE KITCHEN. PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW THAT
 SIZE OF EXISTING RESTROOM WAS REDUCED BUT THERE IS NO
 INFORMATION ON PLANS FOR WORK DONE IN THE INCREASED
 KITCHEN. CONTRACTOR TO REVISE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AND ARCHITECT TO REVISE PLANS
 SHOWING THE SCOPE OF WORK DONE IN THE KITCHEN. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) OK. ROBERT BROWN (BUILDING OFFICIAL) AGREED WITH TIM
 LARGE (CHIEF INSPECTOR, PLUMBING) THAT ALTERED RESTROOM
 IS OK AS SHOWN BECAUSE THE TWO RESTROOMS ARE CLUSTERED
 IN A CLOSE PROXIMITY. BOTH RESTROOMS ARE SHOWN AS
 UNISEX AND ONE OF THEM IS A COMPLIANT UNISEX RESTROOM.
  
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
