 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1) PLEASE NOTE THE PRIME PERMIT 18090922 IS FOR THE
 REMOVAL OF AN EXISTING INTERIOR CLOSET AND REPLACE
 DRYWALL. THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE FOR A NEWLY
 RECONFIGURATION RESTROOM. PLEASE EXPLAIN IF THERE IS A
 CHANGE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK, IF SO PLEASE CHANGE THE
 SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AS
 WELL.107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. SCOPE OF WORK WAS NOT REVISED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 2) THERE IS A CLOSED PERMIT 18010296 FOR THE CONVERSION
 OF A RESTROOM TO BE A HANDICAPPED RESTROOM.
 ON THAT PERMIT AND ON THIS PROPOSED PERMIT NEITHER
 STATE HOW MANY RESTROOMS THERE ARE IN THIS RESTAURANT,
 NOR HOW MANY ARE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS, NOR IF THEY ARE
 UNISEX RESTROOMS WITH THE APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE?
 2017 FBC-B TABLE 2902.1 MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 PLUMBING FIXTURES (FOOTNOTE A) (SEE SECTIONS 2902.1.1
 AND 2902.2)
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 213.1. WHERE TOILET
 FACILITIES AND BATHING FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED, THEY
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 213.
  
 RESPONSE:
 PLAN SUBMITTED STATES 80 PEOPLE AS THE RESTAURANT
 OCCUPANT LOAD. THIS SEEMS TO BE INCORRECT. ACCORDING TO
 CITY RECORDS, THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS ON PERMIT #13060084
 SHOWS 128 PEOPLE INSIDE AND ANOTHER 128 PEOPLE OUTSIDE.
 THE NUMBER OF PLUMBING FIXTURES MAY NOT BE ADEQUATE.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED AND SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 213.1. WHERE TOILET
 FACILITIES AND BATHING FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED, THEY
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 213.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THERE JOBSITE PICTURES THAT ALL DRYWALL
 ON THE WALLS WAS REMOVED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
