 RESIDENTIAL ENCLAVE AREAS WITHIN THE DMP IS 2 PARKING
 SPACES PER UNIT. THE MINIMUM IS 1 PER UNIT. PLEASE
 AJUST TO NO MORE THAN 6 PARKING SPACES FOR THIS SITE.
  
 ADDITIONAL INGRESS SPACE WILL BE REQUIRED OFF OF THE
 ALLEY. PER SECTION 94-485: INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM
 PARKING STALLS SHALL BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY FROM PUBLIC
 ALLEYS. IF THE EXISTING ALLEY WIDTH DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE MINIMUM AISLE REQUIREMENTS, ADDITIONAL PARKING
 SPACE AISLE OR SETBACKS SHALL BE REQUIRED AS INDICATED
 IN FIGURE XV-2. THE REQUIRED AISLE WITH FOR 90 DEGREE
 SPACES IS 24 FEET. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS FOR
 PARKING ANGLES THAT WOULD REQUIRE LESS AISLE WIDTH.
  
 FOR RESIDENTIAL USES, TANDEM PARKING, IF PROVIDED MAY
 COUNT AS TWO SPACES, PROVIDED BOTH SPACES ARE DEDICATED
 TO THE SAME RESIDENTIAL UNIT, AND A RESTRICTIVE
 COVENANT IS RECORDED ON CITY APPROVED FORMS,A ND
 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS. THE NEED FOR TANDEM
 PARKING MAY BE ELIMINATED WITH ONLY PROVIDED SIX
 PARKING SPACES OR ADJUSTED THE ANGLE OF SPACES.
  
 PER SECTION 94-485, INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED BY MEANS OF CLEARLY DEFINED
 DRIVES WHICH LEAD FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO CLEARLY
 DEFINED MANEUVERING LANES WHICH IN TURN PROVIDE ACCESS
 TO INDIVIDUAL PARKING OR LOADING SPACES. THE PROPOSED
 PARKING SPACE "PARKING 2" WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT. PLEASE CONSIDER A CIRCULAR DRIVE, OR
 RECONFIGURATION OF PARKING SPACES IN THE ALLEY TO
 ACCOMODATE THE REMOVAL OF THIS SPACE AND THE INCLUSION
 OF MORE LANDSCAPE AREA.
 PLEASE NOTE, CURB CUTS CAN BE A MAXIMUM OF 25 FEET.
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE DIMENSION FOR THE CURB CUT/S OFF OF
 9TH STREET.
  
 PLEASE INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL FOOT OF CLEARANCE FOR
 PARKING SPACES NEXT TO A FENCE, PER SECTION
 94-111(C)(1) TO ENSURE ENOUGH SPACE TO OPEN CAR DOORS.
