 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THERE SEEMS TO BE OVERHEAD WIRES RUNNING THROUGH
 THE PROPERTY, WHICH IS A GOOD INDICATION THAT THERE ARE
 UTILITY EASEMENTS RUNNING THROUGH THE PROPERTY;
 HOWEVER, THE SURVEY PRESENTED HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED FOR
 EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY. ANY EXISTING UTILITY
 EASEMENTS MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE SURVEY, AS IT
 MAY IMPACT THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 2.) ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS SHALL INCLUDE THE OVERALL
 HEIGHT DIMENSION FOR THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE (INCLUDING
 ANY ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES/PARAPETS, ETC.). THE MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE CANNOT EXCEED 30 FT. [ZLDR

 3.) ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH FLOOR PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS
 FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) MASTER SITE PLAN NOTES A FENCE; HOWEVER, THE FENCE
 NEEDS TO BE ILLUSTRATED IN THE PLAN. IS THIS FENCE
 EXISTING OR IS IT PROPOSED? INFORMATION ON THE HEIGHT
 OF THE FENCE IS REQUIRED. [ZLDR S.94-302]
  
 5.) THE PROPOSED COVERED PATIO CANNOT PROJECT MORE THAN
 3 FT. INTO ANY SETBACK (PLAN SHOWS A 5 FT. PROJECTION
 FROM THE STRUCTURE). PLEASE CORRECT. [ZLDR

 6.) SITE PLAN MUST ILLUSTRATE THE LOCATION AND SETBACK
 DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED A/C UNIT PAD TO THE PROPERTY
 LINES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAD CANNOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. SHOW DIMENSIONS TO

 7.) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS AND SETBACK DISTANCES (TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE) FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY. THE DRIVEWAY

 S.94-482 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS).
  
 8.) 1,000 SQ. FT. OF REQUIRED FRONT YARD (THE AREA
 WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF THE PROPERTY FROM PINEWOOD
 AVENUE), SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITHIN LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE BY PROVIDING
 THE FRONT YARD CALCULATIONS FOR OPEN SPACE. [ZLDR

 9.) PARKING FOR TWO (2) VEHICLES SHALL BE PROVIDED ON
 SITE. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT
 DRIVEWAY TO ACCOMMODATE A MINIMUM OF TWO VEHICLES.
