 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 2. [FBC R403.1.7.3] FOUNDATION ELEVATION.
 ON GRADED SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER
 AT POINT OF DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED
 DRAINAGE DEVICE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2
 PERCENT. ALTERNATE ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO
 THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN
 BE DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
 ALL LOCATIONS ON THE SITE.
  
 3. SHEET A-1 WEST ELEVATION SHOULD BE LABLES EAST
 ELEVATION AND THE DRAWING NEEDS TO BE MIRRORED TO MATCH
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4. SHEET A-1 EAST FLOOR PLAN SHOULD BE LABLED WEST
 ELEVATION AND MIRRORED AS WELL. ALSO, THE
  
 5. SHEET A-1 NORTH ELEVATION JUST NEEDS TO BE MIRRORED
 AND CHECK THE SECOND STORY WINDOWS. PLAN SHOWS ONE
 WINDOW AND ELEVATION SHOWS THREE.
  
 6. SHEET A-1 SOUTH ELEVATION JUST NEEDS TO BE MIRRORED.
  
 7. [FBC R301.4]DEAD LOAD [FBC R301.5]LIVE LOAD
 WHAT ARE THE LOADS ON ROOF AND ON FLOORS?
 WHAT ARE THE POINT LOADS ON THE STEEL PLATES?
 THE STEM FOOTER SAYS 24? WIDE, BUT THE DASHED LINE
 SCALES AT 18?. PLEASE LOOK AT THE POINT LOADS AND
 FOUNDATION PLAN AS IT SEEMS THAT A 24 IN. WIDE FOOTER
 ISN?T CARRYING EVEN LOAD. IT SEEMS THAT THERE ARE POINT
 LOADS THAT MAY REQUIRE LARGER FOOTER WHILE INBETWEEN
 MAY NOT.
  
 8. [FBC R403.4] EXTERIOR FOOTINGS SHALL BE PLACED NOT
 LESS THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM) BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE.
 SECTIONS AND ELEVATIONS DEPICT GRADE DIFFERENLTY. SOME
 LOOK LIKE THE SLAB BOTTOM IS AT GRADE AND SOME SHOW
 GRADE ABOUT HALF WAY UP THE SLAB AND FOOTER SCHEDULE
 SAYS -6 FOR STEM FOOTING.
 PLEASE CLARIFY GRADE, TOP OF STEM FOOTER AND FINISHED
 FLOOR. THE DRAINAGE PLAN WILL START FROM GRADE AT HOUSE
 AND THEN SHOW HOW DRAINAGE IS MAINTAINED WITHIN
 PROPERTY.
 9.
 SHEET S-1 SHOWS THREE P-1 TYPE CONCRETE PADS IN THE
 CENTER AREA WHERE CONTAINERS MEET IN THE MIDDLE. IS
 THIS WHERE THE CONTAINERS CONECT AT BOTTOM, AND WOULD
 THE PAD BE -10 INCHES? THAT WOULD BE 4 INCHES LOWER
 THAN THE STEM FOOTING.
 PLEASE SHOW WHAT THESE THREE PADS ARE FOR AND WHAT
 CONNECTS TO THEM.
  
 10. [FBC R408.1]UNDER FLOOR VENTILATION
 PROVIDE HOW UNDER FLOOR SPACE IS BEING HANDLED. VENTED
 OR UNVENTED. FOLLOW SECTION R408 FOR THE OPTION
 PROVIDED.
  
 11. [FBC R302.10]PROVIDE CUT SHEET FOR ICYNENE(ICC-ES
 REPORT OR EQUAL) WITH THE TYPE SELECTED TO ESTABLISH
 THICKNESS NEEDED TO MEET REQUIRED R-VALUE, FLAME SPREAD
 INDEX AND SMOKE DEVELOPED INDEX.
 ALSO, COVER SHEET GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES #6 STATES
 MINIMUM R-VALUES FOR ASSEMBLIES. THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS HAVE DIFFERENT VALUES AND THE STRUCTURE
 PASSES WITH THE LOWER VALUES SPECIFIED IN ENERGY CALCS.
 PLEASE WRITE SEE ENERGY CALCULATION IN NOTE #6 SO ALL
 R-VALUES ARE CONSISTANT.
  
 12. [FBC ENERGY 103.1.1.2]CODE COMPLIANCE
 CERTIFICATION.
 THE BUILDING?S OWNER, THE OWNER?S ARCHITECT OR OTHER
 AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL
 CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CODE, AS PER SECTION 553.907, FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR
 TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR
 RENOVATION.
 PLEASE HAVE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SIGNED ON PAGE 1 AT
 OWNER.AGENT SIGNATURE SPACE.
  
 13. [FBC AMENDED 107.2.1.2]PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 THREE DOORS ON THE PLANS.
  
 14. [FBC ENERGY R401.2]ENERGY CALCULATIONS SHOW R-11 AT
 RAISED FLOOR. ADD NOTE TO STATE INSULATION IN FLOOR PER
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS.

 GUARDRAILS, OR INDICATE THAT IT WILL BE A DEFERRED

 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
