 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE
 FENCE PERMIT, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT (SUBMITTED) AND A
 PARKING LOT STRIPING PERMIT (NOT SUBMITTED) MUST MEET
 ZONING REQUIREMENTS AND BE APPROVED. ****** THE LAYOUT
 OF THE PARKING LOT WILL DETERMINE THE LOCATION AND SIZE
 OF THE GATE.
  
 2) THE SCALE LISTED ON THE SITE PLAN IS INCORRECT - IT
 IS NOT 3/16 BUT RATHER 1/8 = 1 INCH.
  
 3) IN ORDER TO TO PERMIT CARS TO ACCESS THE LOT, THE
 DRIVEWAY (AND THUS THE GATE) MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18
 FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 4) NO DETAILS ON THE FENCE AND THE GATE WERE PROVIDED.
 THE PLANS SHOW THE GATE AS A SLIDE GATE, HOWEVER NO
 DETAILS ON HOW THIS WILL FUNCTION IS PROVIDED. WILL IT
 BE MANUAL OR ELECTRIC?
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLAN LISTS THE USE OF THE
 BUILDING AS WAREHOUSING, WHICH IS NOT A PERMITTED USE
 ON NORTHWOOD ROAD.
  
 6) REVISED COMMENT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING LOT AS
 SHOWN DOES NOT MEET MULTIPLE CODE REQUIREMENTS. EX. NO
 ADA PARKING SPACE IS PROVIDED AND THE STRIPING DETAIL
 DOES NOT MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS. A FULL REVIEW WILL BE
 DONE AS PART OF THE STRIPING PERMIT.
