 OPENINGS THROUGH THE FLOOR SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18
 INCHES BY 24 INCHES. OPENINGS THROUGH A PERIMETER WALL
 SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES.

 SPACE? SHOW WHERE IT IS LOCATED.
 ALSO, PROVIDE EXISTING UNDER FLOOR VENTING AMOUNT AND
 ADDITIONAL VENTING FOR ENTRY RAISED FLOOR.
  
 5. [FBC R318]SHEET S1 SHOWS TERMITE TREATMENT AT NEW
 CONCRETE ONLY.
 PLEASE ADD NOTE TO TREAT AREA AT ENTRY WHERE NEW FLOOR
 IS GOING IN AND AT REAR WHERE COVERING SLAB. EVEN
 THOUGH EXISTING SLAB REMAINS THAT AREA SHOULD MEET
 CURRENT CODES.
  
 6. [FBC R506.2.3]AT EXISTING SLAB TO REMAIN. THIS SLAB
 SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING THAT WAS EXTERIOR AND WOULD NOT
 HAVE PROPER VAPOR BARRIER, OR IT WOULS BE TO OLD TO
 CONSIDER ADEQUATE. PLEASE ADDRESS HOW PROPER VAPOR
 BARRIER IS BEING PROVIDED FOR AREAS WHERE EXISTING SLAB
 IS TO REMAIN.

 LOAD INFORMATION ON SHEET S-2 FOR ROOF LOADS.

 THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR OXO ARRANGEMENT PROVIDES MAX
 +40/-40. SHEET A2A DESIGN DATA SHOW DESIGN PRESSURES AT
 +52.2/-56.8 FOR INTERIOR ZONES.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DATA TO SHOW THAT THE DOOR WILL MEET
 PRESSURES.
  
 12. [FBC AMENDED 107.3.4.1]SUBMIT TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS
 TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 13. [FBC AMENDED 107.3.4.1]SEE COMMENTS IN ROOFING
 REVIEW, OR INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM DEFERED.
 IF DEFERRED THE NOA'S WILL BE APPROVED, BUT THE
 ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENT MATERIALS WILL NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE ROOFING SUB PERMIT.
  
 NOTE:
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
