 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED
  
 1) THE PREVIOUS MECHANICAL PLANS SUBMITTEF BY STEVEN J.
 BRUH HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THE NEW M-1 PLAN SHEET BEARS
 THE TITLE BLOCK OF THE ARCHITECT, HOWEVER THE PLAN DOES
 NOT BEAR HIS SIGNATURE AND SEAL WHICH IS REQUIRED BY
 FL. STATUTE AND SECTION 61G15-16.003 FAC. IF KYSAR AC,
 WHOSE TITLE BLOCK ALSO APPEARS ON THE PLAN, IS THE NEW
 MECHANCIAL DESIGNER OF RECORD, HE CANNOT USE THE
 ARCHITECT'S PLAN WHICH HAS ARCHITECTURAL AND ELECTRICAL
 DETAILS AND NOTES THAT ARE BEYOND HIS SCOPE. KYSAR MUST
 PROVIDE A SEPARATE, CLEAR, LEGIBLE PLAN FOR REVIEW THAT
 ADDRESSES ALL PREVIOUS REVIEW COMMENTS CONCERNING THE
 MECHANICAL ALTERATIONS- SEE COMMENTS BELOW.
  
 A) REFER TO SECTION 809.2 FBC-17 EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 AND PROVIDE MINIMUM VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR ALL
 ROOMS AND SPACES PER TABLE 403.3.1 FBC-17 MECHANICAL.
 PROVIDE A SCHEDULE THAT INDICATES THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED CFMS OF OUTDOOR AIR.
  
 B) PROVIDE A DUCT LAYOUT PLAN SHOWING THE REQUIRED
 ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING SYSTEMS TO ACCOMODATE THE
 NEW ROOMS AND SPACES WITH BALANCED AIR CONDITIONING-
 SECTION 603.1 FBC M.
  
 C) PROVIDE AN AIR DEVICE SCHEDULE.
  
 2) THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD STEVEN BRUH HAS ADDRESSED
 OTHER COMMENTS FROM THE 1ST REVIEW IN A RESPONSE
 NARRATIVE, HOWEVER HIS RESPONSES MUST BE APPLIED TO
 SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS THAT WILL BE APPROVED FOR
 INSPECTION, AND FOR PUBLIC RECORD- SEE COMMENTS BELOW
  
 A) EXHAUST VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR THE DISPATCH
 AND LOADING AREAS. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 406 AND
 IDENTIFY IF THE AREAS IN QUESTION ARE TO BE CLASSIFIED
 AS PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GARAGES. IN EITHER CASE EXHAUST
 VENTILATION SYSTEMS SIZED AT A RATE OF 0.75 CFMS PER
 SF. WILL BE REQUIRED- TABLE 403.3.1.1 FBC M. (SEE SHEET
 A-1: THE PLANS SHOW OVERHEAD DOORS AT GRADE LEVEL IN
 THESE AREAS WHICH ALLOWS FOR VEHICLES TO DRIVE IN AND
 OUT, AND ALSO BE PARKED).
  
 B) CLARIFY THE USE OF THE CHARGING STATION SHOWN IN THE
 WAREHOUSE OF SHEET EP-1. PLEASE NOTE THAT AN EXHAUST
 VENTILATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED FOR BATTERY CHARGING
 AREAS PER SECTIONS 502.3- 502.5.3 FBC M. (THE ARCHITECT
 HAS INDICATED CELL PHONE CHARGING AND NOT BATTERY
 CHARGING FOR FORKLIFTS IN THIS AREA. THE ARCHITECT MUST
 INDICATE THAT ON THE PLAN, OTHERWISE PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED EXHAUST VENTILATION IN THIS AREA).
  
 C) PROVIDE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION FOR THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT- SEE CHAPTER 5 FBC EX AND DETERMINE IF THE
 PROJECT IS A LEVEL 1, 2, OR 3 ALTERATION OR A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 D) SHOW HOW THE WAREHOUSE IS BEING VENTILATED AND WHAT
 MATERIALS ARE BEING STORED THERE- SEE SECTIONS 401.2,
 402.1 AND TABLE 403.3.1.1.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
