 1. FBC 107, PLAN IS TOO SMALL; PLANS ARE TO BE
 ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, DRAWN TO SCALE, MINIMUM 1/8"
 (1/4" PREFERABLE).
  
 2. FBC 107, THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN IS
 REQUIRED TO BE ON THE PLANS.
  
 3. THIS BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH
 DESIGN SPECIFICATION ( "A" OR 'B" OF THE ACT) WAS USED
 IN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN OF THIS UNIT.
  
 4. SHOW THE DEPTH OF THE NEW VANITY. THE VANITY SHALL
 BE A MAXIMUM OF 24 INCHES DEEP PER THE FAIR HOUSING
 ACT.
  
 5. ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE
 WALLS AROUND THE TUB TO ALLOW FOR THE FUTURE
 INSTALLATION OF GRAB BARS PER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT.
 SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED REINFORCEMENTS AND
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE REINFORCEMENT AND THE MINIMUM
 AND MAXIMUM DISTANCES FROM THE FINISH FLOOR.
  
 6) SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE NEW TUB
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT.
