 1) INDICATE ON SURVEYS THE DIMENSIONS (LXW) OF THE
 XISTING AND PROPOSED DRIVEWAYS. DRIVEWAY WIDTH AT
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT EXCEED 20' IN WIDTH. TWO
 DRIVEWAYS ON A LOT MUST BE TOTAL 20 FEET AND ACCESS FOR
 CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE 10 FEET WIDE EACH, SEE
 ENCLOSED ILLUSTRATION FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
 2) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
