 4- THERE ARE SOME SUPPLY AIR REGISTERS ON THE FIRST AND
 SECOND FLOOR THAT ARE MISSING THE DUCT SIZE AND SIZE OF
 REGISTER. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION., SEC.

 (2)- SOIL TEST REPORT SUBMITTED NEEDS THE ENGINEER'S
 ORIGINAL SIGNATURE (NOT COPY). CHAPTER 471 F.S.
 (3)- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE OVERHEAD GARAGE
 DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE
 ARCHITECT ON SHEET A-301.
 (4)- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: PLEASE
 PLACE THE REVIEW STAMP ON THE FRONT OF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NOT ON THE BACK.
 (5)- PROVIDE SURVEY (2 COPIES) THAT MATCHES PROPOSED
 HOUSE IN LOT "B" AND THE ADDRESS 245 EDMOR RD.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO HELP EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
