 UNDER THE MASTER #18021018 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 FAIR HOUSING ACT. THE BIDET HAS BEEN REMOVED AND THE
 NEW SIZE OF THE TOILET ROOM APPEARS TO BE IN VIOLATION.
 THE TOILET REQUIRES A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL. THIS TOILET
 ROOM WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED UNDER A SPECIFICATION "B"
 TYPE BATHROOM AND MUST MEET ONE OF THE REQUIRED CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACES FOR THE WATER CLOSET.A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 MEASURING A MINIMUM OF 30 INCHES WIDE BY 48 INCHES DEEP
 MUST BE PROVIDED OUTSIDE THE SWING OF THE DOOR IN THIS
 TOILET ROOM.
 2) BATH #3 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT
 DESIGN MANUAL.IN ORDER FOR THIS BATHROOM TO COMPLY A
 MINIMUM 30 INCH WIDE BY 48 INCH DEEP CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED PARALLEL TO THE SHOWER, AND FLUSH
 WITH THE CONTROL WALL. THE TOILET IS NOT PERMITTED TO
 ENCROACH INTO THIS CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. AS DESIGNED, THIS
 BATHROOM DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT AND
 DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ABLE TO COMPLY.A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE MEASURING A MINIMUM OF 30 INCHES WIDE BY 48
 INCHES DEEP MUST BE PROVIDED OUTSIDE THE SWING OF THE
 DOOR IN THIS BATHROOM ALSO.
 3) THERE ARE DETAILS LACKING FOR REINFORCEMENT FOR GRAB
 BARS, THE DESIGN SPECIFICATION BATHROOM TYPE, MINIMUM
 SPACE FOR THE WATER CLOSET, HEIGHT OF THE LAVATORY,
 ETC.
 NOTE: THE 5 FOOT TURNING DIAMETER SHOWN IN BATHROOM # 3
 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FAIR HOUSING AND I DON'T
 UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS BEING SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
