 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION LISTS THE SCOPE OF WORK AS
 "ELECTRICAL SITE LIGHTING PER PLAN", YET THE PLANS SHOW
 NOT ONLY THE "SA" LIGHT LOCATIONS, BUT ALSO THE "F"
 LIGHT LOCATIONS. AN E-MAIL THAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE
 RESPONSE STATES THAT ONLY THE SA LIGHTS ARE PART OF THE
 SCOPE OF WORK. IF ONLY SA ARE PART OF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK:
  
 A. ALL THE F POLE PAGES NEED TO BE REMOVED. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE F SERIES POLES MAY NOT EXCEED 80 FEET IN
 OVERALL HEIGHT.
 B. SHEET E-1 NEEDS TO REMOVE OR MARK OUT THE F SERIES
 OF POLES FROM THE PLANS (F1 AND F2 STILL NOT SHOWN IN
 THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED LOCATIONS).
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: POLE P87 IS IS SHOWN IN TWO
 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS. THE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITION AND THE POLE NOT CONFLICTING WITH ANY TREES.
 ON SHEET E-1.1 IT IS SHOWN CONFLICTING WITH A REQUIRED
 TERMINAL ISLAND TREE. SHEET E-1.1 NEEDS TO BE REVISED
 TO SHOW THE APPROVED POLE LOCATION, SINCE THE LOCATION
 SHOWN ON SHEET E-1.1 CONFLICTS WITH APPROVED LANDSCAPE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: POLE P103 IS IN A LOCATION WITH
 EXISTING TREES. PLEASE PROVIDE A CUT SHEET OF THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING THE POLE LOCATIONS SO STAFF CAN
 VERIFY THAT NO CONFLICT EXISTS WITH THE EXISTING TREES
 (ALTERNATIVELY, A PHOTO WITH THE PROPOSED POLE CLEARLY
 MARKED WOULD SUFFICE). THE LANDSCAPE PLAN PROVIDED WITH
 THE RESUBMITTAL DOES NOT COVER THIS AREA.
  
 4) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHOWS VALUES FOR P86 THAT ARE
 1.1 INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT DO NOT VERIFY THAT
 THE LEVELS ARE LESS THAN 1.0 FOOT CANDLES ON THE
 ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. PLEASE VERIFY THE
 LIGHTING LEVELS ON THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. A CUT
 SHEET WILL SUFFICE.
