 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) THE F1 AND F2 LOCATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE
 LIGHT POLES AS THIS IS WITHIN THE REQUIRED 100 FOOT
 SETBACK AREA. THE POLE LOCATIONS ARE FURTHER EAST ON
 THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
  
 2) INCLUDE THE SETBACKS FOR ALL POLES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS.
  
 3) THE PROPOSED SA POLE AT THE WEST END OF THE GRASS
 PARKING ROW IS NOT IN THE APPROVED LOCATION. IT APPEARS
 THAT IT WOULD CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A CUT SHEET OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING THE
 POLE LOCATION SO STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT NO CONFLICT
 EXISTS FOR THE NEW LOCATION.
  
 4) THE PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMER APPEARS TO BE LOCATED
 WHERE THE SIDEWALK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS
 TO BE INSTALLED. PLEASE CLARIFY. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 TRANSFORMER WILL NEED TO BE SCREENED. THE TRANSFORMER
 IS NOT SHOWN ON ANY APPROVED PLANS.
  
 5) THE POLE AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE PARKING BAY WITH
 FOUR ADA SPACES LOOKS LIKE IT MAY CONFLICT WITH THE
 REQUIRED TREE. THERE IS A POLE AND REQUIRED TREE SHOWN
 AT THIS LOCATION ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN, SO BE
 COGNIZANT OF THE SHARED LOCATION UPON INSTALL.
  
 6) THE POLES SHOWN FLANKING THE SIDEWALK SOUTH OF THE
 DORMS ARE IN LOCATIONS WITH EXISTING TREES. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A CUT SHEET OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING THE
 POLE LOCATIONS SO STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT NO CONFLICT
 EXISTS WITH THE EXISTING TREES.
  
 7) PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 SHALL VERIFY THAT NO GLARE WILL OCCUR INTO THE MILITARY
 TRAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ONTO THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
 SOUTH AND WEST OF THE LIGHT LOCATIONS. THE PLAN SHALL
 FURTHER SHOW THAT THE FOOT CANDLE LEVELS ARE LESS THAN
 ONE FOOT CANDLE PAST THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 8) THE SITE LIGHTING FIXTURE SCHEDULE ON SHEET E-1.1
 STATES THAT THE FIXTURES WILL BE MOUNTED ON HAPCO
 POLES. THE POLE CUT SHEET DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE POLES
 AS HAPCO POLES, INSTEAD THEY APPEAR TO BE SMARTSHEET
 POLES. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 9) PROVIDE A CUT SHEET SHOWING THE SPECIFIC LIGHT
 FIXTURE BEING PROPOSED.
  
 10) SINCE POLE LOCATIONS HAVE MOVED AND ADDITIONAL
 POLES HAVE BEEN ADDED, PRIOR TO C.O. OF THE ATHLETIC
 FACILITY, AN AS-BUILT SITE PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION THROUGH THE MINOR AMENDMENT
 PROCESS.
