 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) BASED ON THE NOTES ON SHEET M-102 ABOUT THE
 RELOCATION OF THE EXISTING AIR HANDLERS, A COMPLETE
 REVIEW OF THE MECHANICAL PLANS CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED
 WITHOUT THE NEW AIR HANDLER LOCATIONS SHOWN, AND A
 COMPLETE AC LAYOUT PLAN PROVIDED FOR BOTH THE 1ST AND
 2ND FLOORS. MANY OF THE ROOMS AND SPACES ARE UNDERGOING
 A CHANGE OF USE FROM THEIR PREVIOUS USES, AND
 RECIRCULATION OF AIR FROM SOME OF THESE ROOMS AND
 SPACES IS NOW PROHIBITED I.E THE LAB, AND THE
 DISTILLERY- SEE TABLE 403.3.1.1.
  
 2) SHEET M-102: THE EXHAUST VENTILATION CALCULATIONS
 ARE INCOMPLETE. CALCULATIONS FOR THE LAB, AND THE 2ND
 FLOOR OFFICES AND STORAGE ROOM WERE NOT PROVIDED.
 CONCERNING THE LAB, PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE THAT
 CLARIFIES THE PROCESSES THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE LAB
 AND WHAT CHEMICALS OR MATERIALS ARE USED AND STORED IN
 THE LAB. PLEASE SEE SECTION 510.1 FBC M. CONCERNING THE
 2ND FLOOR STORAGE ROOM, CLARIFY WHAT MATERIALS WILL BE
 STORED IN THE ROOM AND HOW IT WILL BRE VENTILATED.
  
 3) M-102: REFER TO SECTION 510.9 FBC M AND INDICATE THE
 TYPE OF EXHAUST DUCTWORK TO BE INSTALLED FOR THE LAB
 AND THE BOTTLING ROOM.
  
 4) M-102: IT APPEARS THE TERMINATIONS OF THE LAB AND
 BOTTLING EXHAUST ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED
 10' CLEARANCE TO THE DOOR AND TO GRADE- SECTION 501.3.1
 FBC M.
  
 5) M-102: A SURVEY WILL BE NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF THE
 O/A INLET AND EXHAUST OUTLET ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING ARE 10' CLEAR OF THE PROPERTY LINE- SECTIONS
 401.4 AND 501.3.1 FBC M.
  
 6) M-102: THE VENTILATION CALCULATION FOR THE TASTING
 ROOM IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 403.3.1.1. THE
 APPROPRIATE RATE SHALL BE BASED ON AN OCCUPANT DENSITY
 OF 100 PERSONS PER S.F. X 7.5 CFMS PER PERSON + 0.18
 CFMS PER SQ. FT. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE LOUVER NOA SUBMITTAL IS MISSING PAGE 1.
  
 8) THE SUBMIITED SPECS FOR THE RITE BOILER DO NOT
 PROVIDE ANY LISTING INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 631.1 FBC FG, OR INDICATE THE UNIT CAN BE INSTALLED ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE SPECS ARE INDICATING
 AN INTERIOR INSTALLATION.
  
 9) NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AS
 REQUESTED FOR THE DISTILLERY TANKS, KETTLES, AND
 STILLS. IT IS STILL NOT CLEAR IF THE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN
 TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY LISTING AGENCY OR TESTING
 STANDARD- PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
  
 10) CLARIFY IF VENTING OF THE STILLS, TANKS, AND
 KETTLES IS REQUIRED, AND REVISE THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY
 TO SHOW LOCATIONS AND VENTING DETAILS.
  
 11) THE SUBMITTED SPECS FOR THE BOTTLING MACHINE
 INDICATE THE USE OF CO2 AND OXYGEN TANKS. CLARIFY IF
 TANKS WILL BE STORED AT THE FACILITY AND SHOW WHERE AND
 HOW THEY WILL BE STORED IF APPLICABLE.
  
 LISTED BELOW ARE COMMENTS FROM THE FIRST REVIEW THAT
 STILL EXIST- PLEASE COMPLY.
  
 8) PROVIDE WIND LOAD ENGINEERING AND INSTALLATION
 DETAILS FOR THE CHILLER, BOILER, PUMPS, AND ALL OTHER
 ASSOCIATED EXTERIOR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORTS SHOWN ON
 SHEET M-100- SECTION 301.15 FBC M.
  
 10) PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN THAT SHOWS THE REQUIRED
 WORKING CLEARANCES AROUND THE STILLS, KETTLES, AS
 REQUIRED BY THE LISTING AGENCY OR THE MANUFACTURER, AND
 CLARIFY IF THE EXISTING SLAB HAS BEEN EVALUATED FOR THE
 INCREASED LOADS OF THE DISTILLERY EQUIPMENT- SECTION
 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 11) CLARIFY IF THE EXISTING SLAB HAS BEEN EVALUATED FOR
 THE INCREASED LOADS OF THE DISTILLERY TANKS, KETTLES,
 STILLS ETC, AND PROVIDE ANCHORING DETAILS.
  
 12) THE $320,000.00 PERMIT VALUE APPEARS TO BE LOW FOR
 THE SCOPE OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CONTRACTS, INVOICES, ESTIMATES ETC. THAT SHOW THE TOTAL
 COST OF THE PROJECT INCLUDING, LABOR, MATERIALS,
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, FIXTURES, DESIGN FEES, SITE
 WORK, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT- SECTION 109.3 WPB.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
