 1.) A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 THE AS-BUILT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY (C.O). [REFERENCE: ISPR 16-01A]
  
 2.) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION, FENCE.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 PER THE SITE PLAN CONDITIONAL APPROVAL LETTER, ISSUED
 ON 6/12/18, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
  
 1.) NO STRUCTURE ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE (I.E. 6
 FT. HIGH FENCE) SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE 5 FT. WIDE
 UTILITY EASEMENT, UNLESS A HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
 BETWEEN THE PROPERTY OWNER/TENANT AND ALL UTILITY
 PROVIDERS HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY.
  
 2.) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, AN APPLICATION FOR A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
