 406.5.10, MECHANICAL PAGES SHOW "EXISTING" VENTS BUT DO
 NOT SHOW A VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR THE GARAGE AREA. OUR
 RECORDS SHOW THE MOST RECENT PERMIT, 12030654,
 DESIGNATES THE GOLF CART STORAGE AREA SHOWN ON THE
 PROPOSED PLAN AS "PRODUCT STORAGE" FOR A CONSTRUCTION
 PRODUCT COMPANY, AND SOME OF THE OFFICES ARE NOT SHOWN.
  
 IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OR USE.
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT A RECORDS RESEARCH REQUEST. IT APPEARS
 THAT SOME ITEMS SHOWN AS "EXISTING" WERE INSTALLED
 WITHOUT A PERMIT, OR INSTALLED WITH A PERMIT BUT PERMIT
 WAS NOT INSPECTED AND CLOSED. PLEASE INCORPORATE
 EXPIRED PERMITS INTO THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. NOTE
 THAT 05120912 MECHANICAL PERMIT FAILED FOR LACK OF A
 SHUT DOWN TEST AND OTHER ITEMS AND WAS NOT RESCHEDULED;
 SUBSEQUENT 16070647 HAS NO INSPECTIONS, BUT THE PLAN
 SHOWS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AS "EXISTING".
  
 THE LAST PERMIT FOR THIS SPACE, 12030654, DOES NOT
 MATCH THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWN AS "EXISTING". PLAN SHOULD
 BE REVISED TO SHOW THE SPACES WHICH APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN
 INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AS "PROPOSED" OR NOTED THAT
 IT WAS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AND IS
 BEING LEGALIZED WITH THE CURRENT PROPOSED PERMIT.
  
 3. FBC EB 301.1, APPLICANT IS TO ELECT A METHOD OF
 COMPLIANCE. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE FBC 2017 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE AND METHOD ELECTED FOR THE ALTERATION.
 INDICATE THAT THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OR USE AS
 APPLICABLE. MOST COMMON METHOD IS FBC EB ALTERATION
 LEVEL II AND FBC EB CHAPTER 10, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 4. FBC 107, PROVIDE A DEMO PLAN. A0.01 STATES THAT
 INTERIOR DEMO WAS DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. IT
 APPEARS THAT BATHROOMS AND OTHER ITEMS WERE DEMOLISHED;
 EITHER PROVIDE A PERMIT NUMBER FOR THIS WORK OR
 INCORPORATE THE DEMO WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMIT INTO THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 5. AS I DO NOT HAVE ALL RECORDS READILY AVAILABLE TO
 ME, IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE OVERHEAD DOORS AND RELATED
 OPENINGS WERE PERMITTED. IF BUILDING ENVELOPE WAS
 AFFECTED BY WORK WITHOUT PERMIT, INCLUDE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA, PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 6. SOME OF THE ABOVE REQUESTS THAT CERTAIN ITEMS BE
 INCORPORATED INTO THIS PERMIT. IF ARCHITECT, ENGINEER,
 AND/OR CONTRACTOR DO NOT WISH TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
 FOR THESE ITEMS, THE WORK INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT
 CAN BE LEGALIZED VIA A SEPARATE PERMIT, BUT THOSE
 ISSUES ARE TO BE RESOLVED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THIS NEW
 PERMIT WHICH CALLS THE WORK INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT
 "EXISTING".
