 1) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CONCRETE AROUND THE
 HOUSE? IS IT A WALKWAY?
 2) INDICATE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED CONCRETE.
 3) ARE YOU ALSO EXPANDING THE DRIVEWAY? IF SO, PROVIDE
 THE DIMENSIONS OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY AND DIMENSION
 OF THE PROPOSED EXPANSION. ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS, WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
