2018-06-21 11:44:40ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) INDICATE LOCATION OF FENCE BY MARKING ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF FENCE WITH AN "X" ON SURVEY. ALSO INDICATE HEIGHT OF
 FENCE ON SURVEY.
 2) IF THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED FENCE IS GOING ON
 THE REAR PROPERTY LINE, THEN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT
 FORMS FROM ALL UTILITY HOLDERS WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK.
