 FLOOR LEVEL AT 8' NAVD88. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR ELEVATIONS
 AND EXPRESS IN NAV88, NOT NGVD ON SHEET A-0.1 & C1.
 GARAGE CAN BE LOWER THAN 8' NAVD88 WITH THE FLOOD DRAIN
 LOUVERS AS SPECIFIED ON SHEET A-1.0
 4.(B) FBC 107.3.5.3.1 PROVIDE A FLOOD ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WITH DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS TO INCLUDE ANY
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AS APPLICABLE.
 5. [FBC R903.4]PROVIDE ROOF DRAINAGE CALCULATION AND
 SCUPPERS DETAIL TO COMPLY.

 UP TO 14'-2" WIDE. PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 16' WIDE GARAGE DOOR AS SHOWN ON DOOR SCHEDULE.
  
 PLEASE STAMP ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REVIEWED, LIST
 NOA'S ON PLANS OR CREATE 8 1/2 X 11 REVIEW SHEET TO
 LIST ALL NOA'S ON PROJECT.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
