 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE ADDRESS FOR THIS PERMIT IS 429 59TH STREET. THE
 WORK SHOWN ON SHEET E-2 IS PHYSICALLY BEING DONE ON THE
 PROPERTY HAVING THE ADDRESS OF 6000 N. FLAGLER DRIVE
 AND WITHIN RIVIERA BEACH (CONNECTION TO THE BUILDING).
 PLEASE VERIFY WITH THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DIVISION THAT SEPARATE PERMITS
 FOR EACH PARCEL ARE NOT REQUIRED AND ENSURE THAT THE
 WORK WITHIN RIVIERA BEACH IS PERMITTED THROUGH THEM.
  
 2) SHEET E-2 SHOWS CONDUIT INSTALLED THOUGH THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. THERE ARE EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES
 IN THIS BUFFER. PROVIDE VERIFICATION ON THE APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT THE CONDUIT LOCATIONS WILL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING OR PROPOSED TREES AND THEIR
 ROOT SYSTEMS.
  
 3) SHEET E-3 SHOWS CONDUIT INSTALLED THOUGH THE
 LANDSCAPE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. THERE ARE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED TREES IN THESE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT THE
 CONDUIT LOCATIONS WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING
 OR PROPOSED TREES AND THEIR ROOT SYSTEMS.
