 CONSTRUCTION. AERIALS SHOW THAT THIS IS A CONDO UNIT
 LOCATED IN A BUILDING WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 60,000 SF.
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. OUR RECORDS SHOW THIS
 BUILDING AS 2 STORY, TYPE IIA CONSTRUCTION.
  
 A1.0 ALSO STATES THAT THIS WILL BE NON SEPARATED USE.
 AT TIME OF CITY SOCCER AND OTHER PERMITTING, COMPLIANCE
 WAS SHOWN THAT THE STRUCTURE MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 BUILDING HEIGHT AND AREA ONLY WITH SEPARTED USE. DUE TO
 THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING, SEPARATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A NON SEPARATED USE, PLEASE DO A
 RECORDS RESEARCH REQUEST TO OBTAIN THE CALCULATIONS
 DONE IN THE PAST; NON SEPARATED USE WOULD NEED TO TAKE
 THAT INFORMATION INTO ACCOUNT.
  
 OR, PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF A FIRE WALL SEPARATING THE
 STRUCTURE INTO SEPARATE BUILDINGS. PRIOR TO
 RESUBMITTAL, SEND A DETAIL OF THE FIRE WALL, ALONG WITH
 A PLAN SHOWING LOCATION, VIA EMAIL FOR PRELIMINARY
 REVIEW.

 EXITING THROUGH THE PROPOSED GARAGE. REVISE PLAN TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC B 1016.2.
  
 5. FBC B 1004, PROVIDE OCCUPANT LOAD. OCCUPANT LOAD IS
 STATED AS 407; DOOR SHOWS A CAPACITY OF 170. NOTE THAT
 ONE EXIT IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR EITHER, BUT ONLY ONE
 PROVIDED. REVISE PLAN TO SHOW SF AREA OF THE "EXISTING
 TRAINING", SF AREA OF "PROPOSED GARAGE AREA", OCCUPANT
