 1) INDICATE ON SURVEYS WIDTH OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAYS. TWO DRIVEWAYS ON A LOT MUST BE TOTAL 20 FEET
 AND ACCESS FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE 10 FEET WIDE
 EACH.
 2) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE,SOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 3) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
