 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL
 FLOOD HAZARD AREA. SEE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 18-290, ALTHOUGH TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, THEY ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM
 FLOOD REQUIREMENTS (FEDERAL).
  
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW PROPOSED ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED
 FLOOR AND/OR DRY FLOODPROOFING. THE DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATION AT THIS LOCATION IS 14.7 NAVD88 (12.7 BFE +
 2' FREEBOARD). IF ANY PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE
 INCLUDING FOUNDATION IS BELOW DFE, IT IS TO BE MADE OF
 FLOOD RESISTANT MATERIALS AND BE DESIGNED TO RESIST
 FLOOD LOADS; REVISE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2ND REVIEW:
  
 SEE THE NOTE ON THE SIGNED AND SEALED PLAN, SHEET C1,
 FLOOD NOTES. APPLICANT PROPOSES TO HAVE FINISHED FLOOR
 MEET FREEBOARD, BUT BLOCKS ON LIMEROCK BASE WILL BE
 BELOW THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION. THIS IS TO RESIST
 FLOOD LOADS, BUT IS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE
 ENGINEERING. ADDRESS BY EITHER HAVING ENGINEER DESIGN A
 FOUNDATION/SUPPORT WHICH IS DESIGNED TO RESIST FLOOD
 LOADS, OR PROPOSE INSTALLATION WHICH MEETS FREEBOARD
