 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PER THE SITE PLAN CONDITIONAL APPROVAL LETTER,
 ISSUED 6/20/18, NO BUILDING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED
 UNTIL A COPY OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FOR THE
 MODIFICATION TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT FROM
 COMMUNITY DRIVE IS OBTAINED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 2.) IT SEEMS THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT MAY HAVE SHIFTED IN
 THE BUILDING PERMIT SET, AS THE BUILDING SETBACKS DO
 NOT MATCH THE SETBACKS IN THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
 PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY. IF THE BUILDING
 SETBACKS HAVE CHANGED, THEN A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) WILL BE REQUIRED TO MATCH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT SET PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 3.) PAVEMENT MARKING DETAILS ON SHEET C-18.0 IS
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE STRIPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 4.) ZONING DATA ON SHEET A0.11 DOES NOT MATCH THE
 ZONING DATA IN THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. CHANGES TO THE
 DATA SINCE SITE PLAN APPROVAL HAS BEEN DETECTED (I.E.
 BUILDING SETBACKS, BUILDING AREA, ETC.). A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED FOR CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SITE
 PLAN.
  
 5.) DIMENSIONS PROVIDED IN THE ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS
 DOES NOT MATCH THE DIMENSIONS PROVIDED IN THE APPROVED
 PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS.
