 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE HEIGHT OF THE GENERATOR
 AND THE EXISTING WALL TO VERIFY THAT THE WALL HEIGHT
 NEEDED TO BE INCREASED.
  
 2) THE TWO FOOT INCREASE IN THE WALL HEIGHT REQUIRES A
 MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO SHOW THE
 INCREASED HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING WALL ON THE MASTER
 SITE PLAN.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLANS SEEM TO INDICATE THAT
 ONLY THE WEST SIDE OF THE ENCLOSUREE WALL WILL BE
 RAISED. IF ANY PART OF THE ENCLOSUR WALL IS INCREASED,
 THE ENTIRE ENTIRE ENCLOSURE WALL NEEDS TO BE INCREASED
 WITH THE SAME HEIGHT AND WALL CAP.
  
 4) THE PLANS SEEM TO INDICATE THAT THE ENTIRE
 GENERATOR, WITH TANK AND SLAB WILL BE 8 FEET 3 INCHES
 IN HEIGHT. IF THIS IS THE CASE, IT MAY BE TO YOUR
 BENEFIT TO REPLACE THE DECORATIVE CAP ON THE TOP OF THE
 WALL WITH A HIGHER PROFILE CAP (4 INCHES TALLER)
 INSTEAD OF ADDING TWO FEET OF WALL HEIGHT. AS LONG AS
 THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF THE DECORATIVE CAP DOES NOT EXCEED
 9.6 INCHES (10% OF THE 8 FOOT WALL HEIGHT), YOU WOULD
 NOT NEED TO SUBMIT THE MINOR AMENDMENT. YOU WOULD STILL
 NEED TO PUT THE NEW DECORATIVE CAP AROUND THE ENTIRE
 ENCLOSURE.
