 A BATHROOM THAT MEETS THE FHA REQUIREMENTS OF EITHER
 SPEC A OR B THE DETAIL DOES NOT SHOW THIS AND IT IS
 UNCLEAR WHAT THE NOTES FOR THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AND
 THE OFFSET LAVATORY ARE REFERRING TO IN THE ROOM NEXT
 TO THE BATHE ROOM IT IS LABELED GUEST BATH AND POWDER
 AND IT SHOWS THE ABBREVIATIONS FOR THE A SHOWER 2
 LAVATORY'S AND 2 TOILETS PLEASE CLARIFY. CLEARLY SHOW
 THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE TOILET , LAVATORY AND A
 PARALLEL FLOOR SPACE FOR THE SHOWER TO COMPLY WITH FHA
 GUIDELINES REQ #7 FIG #6
  
 THE FHA REQUIRES THE PRIMARY ENTRY LEVEL TO A MULTI
 STORIED DWELLING UNIT TO HAVE A USABLE BATHROOM AND
 KITCHEN ON THE SAME LEVEL. THE SPEC B BATHROOM ON THE
 2ND FLOOR DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT THE FACT THAT
 THE USABLE BATHROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR CAN NOT BE
 ACCESSED BY THE OCCUPANT EXCEPT BY EXISTING THE UNIT
 AND USING THE COMMON ELEVATOR TO REACH IT. FOR FURTHER
