 THIS PROJECT. THIS BUILDING CONTAINS MULTIPLE
 RESIDENTIAL UNITS THAT ARE SPECIFIED AS CONDOMINIUMS
 AND AS SUCH ARE CONSIDERED R-2 OCCUPANCY TYPES AND ARE
 SUBJECT TO THE FBC BUILDING SCOPING REQUIREMENTS. FBC

 SUBMITTED HAS SOME ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. SHEET LS-1
 SHOWS THE EGRESS PATH OF TRAVEL FROM THE FIRE PUMP ROOM
 THROUGH WALLS AND THE ADJACENT UNIT. INDICATE THE FIRE
 RATED WALLS AT THE SHAFTS, ELEVATOR HOISTWAY, EXIT
 STAIRWAYS, ETC. ON THE LIFE SAFETY FLOOR PLANS BY USING
 DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS OF DOTS AND DASHES ALONG WITH A
 CORRESPONDING SCHEDULE. SHOW THE OVERALL DIAGONAL
 DISTANCE OF THE AREA SERVED AND THE EXIT STAIR
 SEPARATION DISTANCE ON THE LIFE SAFETY FLOOR PLANS.
 SHOW THE OCCUPANT LOADS FOR EACH AREA ON THE LS FLOOR
 PLANS. SHOW THE EGRESS DOOR SIZES AND OCCUPANT CAPACITY
 ON THE LS FLOOR PLANS. THE EXIT ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE
 IS MEASURED FROM THE MOST REMOTE POINT WITHIN A STORY
 TO AN EXIT AND INCLUDES THE COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL PER
 2014 FBC 1016.3. THE MOST REMOTE POINT ON THE BALCONIES
 NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE TRAVEL DISTANCE. PLEASE PUT
 THE TRAVEL DISTANCES ON THE TRAVEL PATHS SHOWN ON THE
 LS FLOOR PLANS. THE FIRE RATINGS OF THE DOORS ARE NOT
 SPECIFIED IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE. PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN, SHOWING OCCUPANT LOADS, TRAVEL DISTANCES, ETC.

 DESIGNED WITH ADEQUATE SPACE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT
 NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION, AS DEFINED BY THE
 MANUFACTURER, WITH SUFFICIENT WORKING ROOM AROUND THE
 STATIONARY EQUIPMENT. CLEARANCES AROUND EQUIPMENT TO
 ELEMENTS OF PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING OTHER

 THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FLOOR PLANS. NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS
 FOR A PRIVATE MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE AND NO FEDERAL
 FUNDING IS BEING USED, THEREFORE IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH THE ADA, HOWEVER, IT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH FAIR HOUSING. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FAIR HOUSING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHEDULE A OR B BATHROOM REQUIREMENTS
 AS SPECIFIED IN THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL. FBC

 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492.
 TESTING REPORTS FOR SOUND PROOFING INSULATION FOR TILE
 FLOORING OR OTHER HARD SURFACE FLOORING MATERIAL IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. THIS CAN BE A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 16) NOT ADDRESSED. FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE
 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS,
 WINDOW/GLASS TYPES, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS, ROOF HATCHES
 AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. YOU MAY REQUEST THAT THESE
 ITEMS BE DEFERRED TO A LATER DATE. SEE BELOW.
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED

 SHEET A502 THE STAIR SECTIONS ARE NOT IDENTIFIED AS
 STAIR #1 AND STAIR #2. THERE IS A DOOR SHOWN AT THE
 GROUND LEVEL ON THE SECTION FOR STAIR #1, WHERE THERE
 IS NO DOOR SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLANS. SEE A502 AND A503.
 THE HANDRAILS FOR THE EXIT STAIRS DO NOT HAVE
 EXTENSIONS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM AS REQUIRED BY FAIR
 HOUSING AND ANSI117.1. THE HANDRAIL IS REQUIRED TO
 EXTEND HORIZONTALLY AT THE TOP FOR 12" AND FOLLOW THE
 SLOPE OF THE STAIRS FOR A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST ONE
