 1) SHT. A100 - THE PLAN REFERS TO THE EPCOT
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND THE EPCOT BUILDING CODE. HOW ARE
 THESE CODES APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT? CLARIFY.
  
 2.) AS THE ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS FOR "TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS" WHICH ARE EXEMPT FROM FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUT ACTUAL USE IS AS A BAR
 (18021163/18041013), COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING IS REQUIRED. A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION,
 FS481. A SKETCH AND "MODSPACE" DRAWING WERE PROVIDED;
 THIS CANNOT BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE. AN
 INCOMPLETE "LIFE SAFETY PLAN" WAS SUBMITTED; PLEASE
 REVISE THIS PLAN TO ADDRESS COMMENTS, OR HAVE ANOTHER
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL PREPARE A PLAN.
  
 3.) PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF DBPR APPROVAL FOR THIS
 MODULAR STRUCTURE. 2017 FBC SEC. 458.4.2.
  
 4) SHT. A100 - THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS TO DETERMINE
 PROPOSED OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, OCCUPANT LOAD. AS
 PROPOSED USE IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE DCA APPROVAL,
 MODIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED IF DCA MODULAR WAS NOT
 DESIGNED FOR USE AS A BAR.
  
 5.) A PLAN WAS PROVIDED; IT APPEARS THAT THE DCA
 MODULAR WAS MODIFIED. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING WHAT WORK
 WAS DONE TO ADAPT A MODULAR DESIGNED AS BUSINESS TO A
 BAR, FBC 107.
  
 6.) PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE BAR WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC-ACCESS. SEC. 902.
  
 7.) A VALUE OF $0 WAS PROVIDED FOR THIS REVISION.
 PROVIDE CONTRACT AMOUNT, FBC 109.
  
 8). DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
 PER F.A.C. RULE 61G15-23.001. DCA MODULAR PLANS ARE ON
 FILE WITH THE STATE, SO SIGNED AND SEALED ORIGINALS
 SHOULD NOT BE SUBMITTED (DCA PLANS ONLY), BUT THE STATE
 APPROVED STAMPED PLANS FROM THE WEBSITE SHOULD BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 9) A GREASE CONTROL DEVICE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 SINKS IN THE BAR AREA PER 2017 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.

 10) SHOW THE LENGTH AND WIDTH DIMENSIONS OF THE TOILET

 AND THE LAVATORY ON THE PLANS. COMPLY WITH 2017
 FBC-ACCESS. SECS. 604.3, 606.2.
  
 12) SHOW THE REQUIRED FIXTURE CLEARANCES PER THE 2017
 FBC-PLUMBING AND FBC-ACCESS. SEC.604.2.
  
 13) SUBMIT ELEVATION DETAILS FOR ALL THE HANDICAP
 ACCESSIBILITY COMPONENTS IN THE TOILET ROOM (GRAB BARS,
 HEIGHT OF WATER CLOSET AND LAVATORY, TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER, MIRROR, ETC.)
  
 14) THE LAVATORY SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH KNEE AND TOE
 CLEARANCE PER 2017 FBC SEC.306.
  
 15) SHOW THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE IN THE TOILET ROMM
 PER 2017 FBC-ACCESS. SEC.304.
  
 16) AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE TABLES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SEC. 902 OF 2017 FBC-ACCESS.
