 AS "PROPOSED". AN IMPROVEMENT BECOMES "EXISTING" WHEN A
 PERMIT IS ISSUED, CONSTRUCTION INSPECTED, AND FINAL
 INSPECTIONS OBTAINED.
  
 1. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED
 SETS OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID.
  
 2. AS THE ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS FOR "TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS" WHICH ARE EXEMPT FROM FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUT ACTUAL USE IS AS A BAR
 (18021163/18041013), COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING IS REQUIRED. A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION,
 FS481. A SKETCH AND "MODSPACE" DRAWING WERE PROVIDED;
 THIS CANNOT BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE. AN
 INCOMPLETE "LIFE SAFETY PLAN" WAS SUBMITTED; PLEASE
 REVISE THIS PLAN TO ADDRESS COMMENTS, OR HAVE ANOTHER
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL PREPARE A PLAN.
  
 3. CONTACT PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEES, 561-233-5025.
 THEY WILL DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT IMPACT FEES ARE
 REQUIRED. IF AN IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT IS NOT REQUIRED,
 THEY CAN VERIFY THIS VIA EMAIL. IF THEY REQUIRE A
 REVIEW, AFTER ALL REVIEWS HAVE PASSED AND PLANS ARE
 STAMPED, TAKE THE PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE PLANS
 ARE TO BE STAMPED BY THEM AND THE RECEIPT SHOWING THAT
 FEES DUE WERE PAID, IF APPLICABLE, ARE TO BE PROVIDED
 TO BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 3. THE DCA APPROVAL WAS PROVIDED FOR THIS PERMIT AND IS
 NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED AGAIN. USE IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE MODULAR PLAN WHICH SHOWS THIS AS
 BUSINESS WITH OFFICES. DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS TO
 PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH NEW
 USE/OCCUPANCY, FBC CHAPTER 3.
  
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS TO DETERMINE PROPOSED OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION, OCCUPANT LOAD. AS PROPOSED USE IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE DCA APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS MAY BE
 REQUIRED IF DCA MODULAR WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE AS A
 BAR.
  
 4. REVISE SITE PLAN OR OTHER PLAN TO SHOW BUILDING TYPE
 (FBC CHAPTER 6), BUILDING AREA TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC B CHAPTER 5.
  
 5. A PLAN WAS PROVIDED; IT APPEARS THAT THE DCA MODULAR
 WAS MODIFIED. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING WHAT WORK WAS DONE
 TO ADAPT A MODULAR DESIGNED AS BUSINESS TO A BAR, FBC
 107.
  
 6. PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE BAR WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC A 902.
  
 7. THE PLAN SHOWS A "LIVING AREA"; PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH
 CLEARLY SHOWS USE OF ALL SPACES, FBC 107.
  
 8. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE PROPOSED DECK COMPLIES WITH
 FBC ACCESSIBLILITY. ARE THE BOARDS T&G? HOW LARGE ARE
 THE GAPS, SEE FBC A 302.3. A STRUCTURAL PLAN WAS
 PROVIDED, BUT AN ARCHITECTURAL TYPE PLAN IS REQUIRED TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND DECK LAYOUT.
 WHICH DIRECTION ARE THE BOARDS INSTALLED AT THE RAMP
 TURNS; IT APPEARS THAT THE USER WILL TRAVEL IN BOTH
 DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THE TURN, NOT CLEAR HOW BOARDS WILL
 COMPLY.
  
 9. PROVIDE PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED DECK: FLOOR PLAN,
 SECTIONS, DETAIL TO SHOW ELEVATION CHANGE AT DOORS, FBC
 107.
  
 10. A VALUE OF $0 WAS PROVIDED FOR THIS REVISION. A
 VALUE OF $10K WAS PROVIDED AT TIME OF PERMIT ISSUANCE
 FOR A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER. PROVIDE CONTRACT
 AMOUNT, FBC 109. IF AMOUNT EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT IN THE
 ICC VALUATION TABLES, A VALUE ADJUSTMENT TO THE TABLES
 WILL BE DONE AFTER OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND
 BUILDING TYPE ARE DETERMINED.
  
 11. PRIOR TO RESUBMITTING, PLEASE SCHEDULE AN
 APPOINTMENT FOR A PRE-SCREEN TO ENSURE THAT ALL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED IS PROVIDED. IF THIS IS A CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY (FROM BUSINESS TO ANOTHER OCCUPANCY),
 PLEASE ADVISE.
  
 12. ALL THREE REVISIONS INDICATE THAT "DECKING DETAIL"
 IS INCLUDED IN SCOPE. CLARIFY. THE DECK WHICH CONNECTS
 THE STRUCTURES SHOULD BE INCLUDED ON ONE OF THE
 REVISIONS OR BE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 13. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
 FS471. DCA MODULAR PLANS ARE ON FILE WITH THE STATE, SO
 SIGNED AND SEALED ORIGINALS SHOULD NOT BE SUBMITTED
 (DCA PLANS ONLY), BUT THE STATE APPROVED STAMPED PLANS
 FROM THE WEBSITE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED.
  
 14. AN OVERALL LIFE SAFETY PLAN IS REQUIRED, FBC B
 CHAPTER 10, WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH EXIT DISCHARGE
 (FROM EXIT DOORS, ACROSS THE DECK, TO STAIRS/RAMPS). IT
 IS NOT CLEAR HOW MANY MEANS OF EGRESS ARE REQUIRED AND
 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS (ONE RAMP OR TWO RAMPS). THE
 DECK, IF USED FOR SEATING, IS TO BE INCLUDED. NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS PER MODULAR, DECK, WHICH NEED TO UTILIZE THE
