 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. SHOW PAN RECESS REQUIRES A PAN LINER BECAUSE IT IS
 NOT BELOW THE SURROUNDING FINISHED FLOOR ON THE
 FIRST-FLOOR LEVEL AND THE SHOWER RECESS IS NOT POURED
 INTEGRALLY WITH THE ADJOINING FLOOR. SHOWER PAN MUST
 HAVE A SLOPED MORTAR BED THAT IS PRE-PITCHED BENEATH
 PRIOR TO LINER INSTALLATION OF 1/4" IN PER FOOT TOWARD
 THE DRAIN, MUST HAVE DAM CORNER, BACKING AROUND THE
 PERIMETER AND BEFORE FINAL MORTAR APPLICATION PLACE
 SOME PEA GRAVEL OVER WEEP HOLES SO THE MORTAR DOES NOT
 COVER THEM PER MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS. 2017 FBC R
 2709.2 LINING REQUIRED.
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATION OF THE
 TANKLESS WATER HEATER. ELECTRICAL MATERIALS,
 COMPONENTS, DEVICES, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE
 LISTED FOR THE APPLICATION, SHALL BEAR THE LABEL OF AN
 APPROVED AGENCY AND SHALL BE INSTALLED, AND USED, OR
 BOTH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. 2017 FBC R 2801.3
 INSTALLATION.
 3. THERMAL EXPANSION DEVICE REQUIRED. A MEANS FOR
 CONTROLLING INCREASED PRESSURE CAUSED BY THERMAL
 EXPANSION SHALL BE INSTALLED WHERE REQUIRED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 2017 R 2903.4.1 AND R
 2903.4.2.
 4. RISER DIAGRAM NEEDS TO SHOW A VENT THROUGH THE ROOF
 AND THE KITCHEN SINK IS MISSING ON THE RISER DIAGRAM.
 THE VENT SYSTEM SERVING EACH BUILDING DRAIN SHALL HAVE
 NOT LESS THAN ONE VENT PIPE THAT EXTENDS TO THE
 OUTDOORS. 2017 R 3102.1 REQUIRED VENT EXTENSION.
 5. THERE IS NO VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 6. THIS IS MULTI-FAMILY AND REQUIRES A BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER REQUIRED PER THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORD
 #2853-95. A PERMIT REQUIRED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR
 AND MUST BE CERTIFIED BY UTILITIES PRIOR TO FINAL
 INSPECTION.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS. WHEN
