| | LOMR WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED BY THE CITY AND WAS NOT |
| | APPROVED. |

| | 2) SHEET S-100 DOES NOT MATCH THE FOUNDATION WALL |
| | LAYOUT SHOWN ON SHEETS S-100A. THE MATCH LINE BETWEEN |
| | SHEETS S-100A AND S-100B DO NOT ACTUALLY MATCH ALONG |
| | THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE PLANS. THIS IS THE SAME ISSUE |
| | IDENTIFIED IN COMMENT NO. 1 ABOVE. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN |

| | CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY STANDARDS APPROVED |
