 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE CHANGES TO THE PLANS HAS
 NOT BEEN APPROVED. THE OUTSTANDING COMMENTS RELATING TO
 THE FOUNDATION ARE LISTED BELOW:
  
 A. ZONING - UPON REVIEW OF THE REVISED PLANS WHICH
 INCLUDE THE EGRESS PATHWAY, STAFF NOTED THAT THE
 RETAINING WALL LOCATION IS SHOWN FURTHER FROM THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE ON THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN AND THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN THAN IT IS SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS.
 WHICH RETAINING WALL LOCATION IS CORRECT? - THE
 LOCATION OF THIS RETAINING WALL AFFECTS THE LOCATION OF
 THE WALLS FOR THE BELOW GRADE PARKING.
  
 B. BUILDING - APPLICANT THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE THE
 LOMR LETTER BY OCTOBER 8. AS OF TODAY, THEY HAVE NOT
 ADVISED THAT IT WAS ISSUED (AND IT IS NOT ON THE FEMA
 WEBSITE). I'VE ASKED FOR AN UPDATE TWICE SO I DO NOT
 THINK THEY HAVE AN ANSWER FROM FEMA YET. - NOTE: THE
 LOMR WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED BY THE CITY AND WAS NOT
 APPROVED.
  
 2) SHEET S-100 DOES NOT MATCH THE FOUNDATION WALL
 LAYOUT SHOWN ON SHEETS S-100A. THE MATCH LINE BETWEEN
 SHEETS S-100A AND S-100B DO NOT ACTUALLY MATCH ALONG
 THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE PLANS. THIS IS THE SAME ISSUE
 IDENTIFIED IN COMMENT NO. 1 ABOVE. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN
 ISSUE ON ALL THE PLANS UPLOADED ON 4/19/2018.
  
 3) REVISED CIVIL PLANS WERE NOT UPLOADED WITH THE LAST
 PERMIT RESUBMITTAL AND THUS THESE ARE NOT THE MOST
 RECENT PLANS REVIEWED AS PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 CONDITIONS FOR WHEN PERMIT IS ISSUED:
  
 1) THE DEVELOPER SHALL PERFORM A "CONDITION SURVEY" OF
 THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
 ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. THE DEVELOPER SHALL
 CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY STANDARDS APPROVED
 BY THE CITY'S CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN
 MONITORING THE VIBRATION EFFECTS ON THE ADJOINING
 PROPERTIES; THIS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO,
 THE PLACEMENT OF SEISMIC METERS, INSPECTIONS, AND
 SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.
