| | 3) THE PLANS HAVE CHANGED FROM WHAT WAS APPROVED BY THE |
| | MAY 11, 2017 MINOR AMENDMENT. THESE CHANGES INCLUDE AN |
| | ENLARGED BASEMENT PARKING, A REWORKED ENTRY COURT AND A |
| | DIFFERENT POOL DECK LAYOUT. STAFF NEEDS TO REVIEW THE |
| | ENTIRE PACKAGE AS PART OF A MINOR AMENDMENT PRIOR TO |
| | ISSUING THE APPROVAL OF THE FOUNDATION PERMIT TO MAKE |
| | SURE EVERYTHING MEETS THE APPROVAL DOCUMENTS AS WELL AS |
| | THE CODE REQUIREMENTS, AND THUS THE FOUNDATION CAN BE |
| | BUILT AS SHOWN. ZONING STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THERE IS A |
| | DRIVE AISLE SHOWN AT 23 FEET IN WIDTH, WHICH IS LESS |
| | THAN THE REQUIRED 24 FOOT MINIMUM. A FULL REVIEW WILL |
| | BE DONE AS PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT. |

| | 4) THE LIFE SAFETY AND THE SITE PLAN SHOW THE GARAGE AT |
| | 8 FEET 7 INCHES, WHILE SHEET C.5.00 SHOWS THE SAME AREA |
| | AT 9.58 NGVD. PLEASE CLARIFY. |
