 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD
 AREA ( FLOOD ZONE AE). THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION IS 12.7
 FT. (NAVD88) PLUS THE TWO FOOT FREEBOARD REQUIRED BY
 THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE. THEREFORE, THE REQUIRED
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IS 14.7 FT. (NAVD 88) OR
 HIGHER. SUBMIT A PRE-CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 SHOWING THAT THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION IS IN
 COMPLIANCE. CITY ORDINANCES ARTICLE XVII FLOOD
 PREVENTION AND CONTROL SECTION 94-546
  
 2) IMPACT FEE COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED.
  
 3) THE THIN BRICK VENEER AND THE OTHER ITEMS FROM THE
 PREVIOUS BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOUNDATION/ FIRST FLOOR SLAB PERMIT WILL BE ADDRESSED
 WHEN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE REST OF THE
 PROJECT ARE REVIEWED.
  
 4) 105.13 PHASED PERMIT APPROVAL. AFTER SUBMITTAL OF
 THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER
 PART OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE HOLDER OF SUCH PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION
 OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED
 AT THE HOLDER'S OWN RISK WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION
 AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED. CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS
 PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. ALL
 OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MUST
 BE SECURED PRIOR TO THIS PROVISION BEING APPLIED.
