 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) PROPOSED EGRESS DOOR IS PASSING THROUGH THE BREAK
 ROOM. AN EXIT ACCESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH A ROOM THAT
 CAN BE LOCKED TO PREVENT EGRESS. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 1016.2(3) FBC.
  
 C) TRAVEL DISTANCE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN FROM THE MOST
 REMOTE POINT TO THE ENTRANCE TO THE "EXIT" AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 1017.3 FBC. REVISE PLAN AS REQUIRED AND
 INFORMATION SHOWN UNDER NUMBER AND ARRANGEMENT OF EXITS

 F) PLAN NOT DRAWN TO SCALE. SHOW ON PLAN HOW THE
 DISTANCE BETWEEN THE EXIT DOORS WAS TAKEN TO COMPLY
 WITH SEC. 1007.1 FBC.
  
 G) THE DEMISING FIRE RATED PARTITION IS CREATING TWO
 DIFFERENT TENANTS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EXIT ACCESS FOR THE TENANT WITH ONE
 EGRESS DOOR AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1016.2.1 FBC.
  
 H) NUMBER AND ARRANGEMENT OF EXITS INFORMATION IS NOT

 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY. PROVIDE ACTUAL CORRIDOR DIMENSION
 AND COMPLETE DETAIL/SPECIFICATIONS ON THE HINGED JAMB
 SIDE OF THE PROPOSED DOOR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY

 3- REVISE DOOR JAMB/HEAD DETAILS. WOOD BACKING OR
 BLOCKING NEEDS TO BE FIRE RESISTANT TREATED WOOD.

 4- THERE ARE TWO TENANT SPACES CREATED WITH THE

 RECORDS MANAGEMENT. SEC. 105.1 AND SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. NOTE: THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEES FOR THE
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH
