| | CONSTRUCTION OFFICE TRAILER AND 2 LOUNGE TRAILERS. THE |
| | PLACEMENT AND REDUCED SPACING BETWEEN THE TRAILERS WAS |
| | APPROVED PER THE FIRE MARSHAL, BASED ON THE DETAILS |
| | PROVIDED IN THOSE PERMITS. HOWEVER, THE EXISTING AND |
| | INTENDED USE OF THE TRAILERS IS A KITCHEN, A BAR, AND A |
| | LOUNGE. HAD THIS INFORMATION BEEN ACCURATE ON THE |
| | PERMITS SUBMITTED, THE REDUCTION IN DISTANCE BETWEEN |
| | THE TRAILERS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN APPROVED, BASED ON THE |
| | FIRE AND OCCUPANCY LOADS. |

| | ADDITIONALLY, THE WOODEN DECKING THAT IS CURRENTLY IN |
| | PLACE AND CONNECTS ALL 3 TRAILERS WAS NEVER APPROVED BY |
| | THIS OFFICE AS IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE |
| | PERMITS WE REVIEWED, AND IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION OF |
| | THE FIRE MARSHAL THAT IT NOT BE APPROVED AS IT DOES NOT |
| | COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 241. FURTHERMORE, |
| | TENT PERMIT 18040466 HAS BEEN DENIED AND WILL NOT BE |
| | APPROVED AS IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE SEPARATION AND |
| | PROXIMITY TO COMBUSTIBLES REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY |
| | STRUCTURES, AS LISTED UNDER NFPA 241. |

| | FOR THE TRAILER PERMITS, PLEASE SUBMIT A FULL REVISION |
| | THAT SHALL INCLUDE A FULL LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND A |
| | FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT LAYOUT SHEET, FOR EACH TRAILER |
| | BASED ON ITS INTENDED USE. |

| | THE ROUGHLY 2300 SQ FOOT COMBUSTIBLE WOODEN DECKING |
| | THAT WAS PLACED IN THE CENTER TO CONNECT ALL 3 |
| | TRAILERS. THIS DETAIL IS NOT FOUND IN THE APPROVED |
| | PLANS THAT ARE ON-SITE. |

| | AT THIS TIME, THE DIRECTIVE REMAINS UNCHANGED. A FULL |
| | REVISION OF ALL 3 PERMITS SHALL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH |
| | BUILDING SERVICES FOR REVIEW AND IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL |
| | BY ALL RELEVANT PARTIES. THE REVISION SHALL INCLUDE A |
| | FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY PLAN FOR EACH TRAILER, AS WELL AS |
| | A FURNITURE AND/OR APPLIANCE LAYOUT SHEET. THE MAIN |
| | SITE PLAN, SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU SUBMITTED IN YOUR EMAIL |
| | NEEDS TO ALSO BE REVISED. YOUR VERSION THAT YOU SENT ME |
| | SHOWS A BAR/KITCHEN IN THE CENTER TRAILER. THIS TRAILER |
| | APPEARS TO HAVE A USE ONLY AS A BAR AREA. THE WEST SIDE |
| | TRAILER THAT IS LABELED "WOMEN'S TRAILER" IS ACTUALLY |
| | BEING COMPLETELY USED AS A KITCHEN, COMPLETE WITH FOOD |
| | WARMERS, COOLERS, SANDWICH PRESSES, AND A GAS GRILL |
| | LOCATED OUTSIDE BEHIND THE TRAILER. ADDITIONALLY, THE |
| | DOCUMENT YOU SUBMITTED IN YOUR EMAIL INDICATES OCCUPANT |
| | LOADS FOR CLUB TRAILERS AND AN ADMINISTRATION TRAILER. |
| | THERE IS NOT AN ADMINISTRATION TRAILER WITHIN THESE 3 |
| | UNITS, HOWEVER THE DETAILS SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT |
| | APPLICATION WOULD LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS. |

| | SENT ME DOES NOT PROVIDE A TRUE DEPICTION OF WHAT IS |
| | ON-SITE. WHILE I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE A SITE PLAN |
| | THAT HAS ONE UNIT LABELED AS "KITCHEN/BAR", THE DETAILS |
| | SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVED DO NOT MATCH THIS. |
| | THE TRAILER LAYOUTS INDICATE THAT THEY ARE BEING USED |
| | AS OFFICES, AND AS SUCH, THE CONFIGURATION OF THE |
| | TRAILERS WAS APPROVED. |

| | PLEASE KNOW THAT THIS OFFICE UNDERSTANDS THE NEED TO |
| | PROVIDE A TEMPORARY SPACE FOR YOUR MEMBERS, HOWEVER, |
| | OUR MAIN CONCERN IS IN ENSURING THAT THAT SPACE IS SAFE |
| | FOR YOUR MEMBERS AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANY AND ALL |
| | APPLICABLE FIRE CODES. |
