 GOOD MORNING MR. ROY,
 AS PER OUR PHONE CONVERSATION, I TOLD YOU THAT I WAS
 USING THE COST PER SQUARE FOOT VALUE THAT WAS SUBMITTED
 BY THE LICENSED PROPERTY APPRAISER FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
 THIS APPRAISAL WAS THE BASE THAT WAS USED TO DETERMINE
 THAT THE PROPOSED ADDITION WOULD NOT EXCEED THE 50%
 VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. THE PROPOSED REVISION/ADDITION
 TO THE APPROVED PERMIT SET BRINGS UP THE VALUE OVER THE
 50% WHEN THE OVERALL VALUE OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
 IS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. THE FACT IS THAT I AM
 USING THE $300 PER SQUARE FOOT COST FOR THE OVERALL
 CONSTRUCTION. I TOLD YOU I HAVE MADE MY CALL BASED ON
 THE VALUE SPECIFIED BY THE LICENSED APPRAISER. THAT'S
 WHY I ADVICE YOU TO CONTACT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR
 HIS FINAL DECISION.
