 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) NO SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) PROPOSED PLAN INDICATES THAT THERE IS AN "EXISTING
 STUDIO MASTER BEDROOM" IN THE GARAGE STRUCTURE;
 HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT A PORTION OF THE
 GARAGE STRUCTURE HAD BEEN CONVERTED TO A STUDIO MASTER
 BEDROOM. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT PERMITS HAD
 BEEN APPROVED FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE SPACE.
  
 3.) THE PROPERTY IS ZONED SINGLE-FAMILY LOW DENSITY
 (SF7) RESIDENTIAL. THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICT DOES NOT
 PERMIT AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT ON THE PROPERTY.
 THEREFORE, THE PROPOSED CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE IS NOT
 PERMITTED. [ZLDR S.94-272]
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($55,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($44,125) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
