 PLAN SHOWS "JOB TRAILER". PLEASE SEE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2017
 102.2(D), EXEMPTION TO FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 REQUIREMENTS ARE "TEMPORARY BUILDINGS OR SHEDS USED
 EXCLUSIVELY FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES." EITHER REVISE
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION WORK DESCRIPTON (BOX 5) AND THE
 SITE PLAN ACCORDINGLY, OR PROVIDE PLANS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 2. SCOPE NOT CLEAR. THE APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE FOR
 TWO TRAILERS. THE SITE PLAN APPEARS TO SHOW MORE THAN
 TWO TRAILERS. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY WHICH TRAILERS ARE
 COVERED UNDER THIS APPLICATION.
  
 3. PERMIT APPLICATION LACKS AN ADDRESS. A MASTER NUMBER
 WAS PROVIDED, BUT THE MASTER REFERENCED IS FOR A
 PROJECT ON A DIFFERENT PARCEL. PROVIDE AN APPLICATION
 WHICH INCLUDES THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR PROPOSED
 TRAILER.
  
 4. THE PROPOSED TRAILERS ARE LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. TWO DIFFERENT BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS AFFECT
 THIS PARCEL. PLANS SUBMITTED ARE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORDINANCE 4729-17, CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE 18-280(B) WHICH STATES
 THAT BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES EXEMPT FROM FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE SHALL COMPLY WITH THIS ORDINANCE/CODE,
 WHICH REQUIRES A 2' FREEBOARD (SEC 18-34B).
  
 THIS PARCEL HAS A 6' BFE PORTION AND A 7' BFE PORTION,
 SO INCLUDING FREEBOARD ELEVATION IS TO BE 8' OR 9'
 NAVD88. REVISE PLAN TO SHOW PROPOSED ELEVATION OF
 FINISHED FLOOR. IF 8' NAVD88 IS PROPOSED, REVISE PLAN
 TO INCLUDE LOCATION OF THE FLOOD ZONE LINE. ALSO NOTE
 THAT THE FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY MAY BE UTILIZED IN LIEU
 OF THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP.
  
 5. IF THE PROPOSED TRAILERS ARE ELEVATED WITH AN
 ELEVATED SUPPORTING STRUCTURE RATHER THAN FILL, PROVIDE
 A STRUCTURAL DETAIL SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC B 1622,
 RESISTANCE TO FLOOD LOADS.
  
 6. VALUE ON THE APPLICATION SHOULD INCLUDE A REASONABLE
 VALUE - THE RENTAL FEE, INSTALLATION FEE, OR ANOTHER
 **REASONABLE** VALUATION, FBC 109. VALUE CANNOT BE $0.
  
 7. APPLICANT INDICATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE
 PROPOSED TRAILERS POWERED BY GENERATOR RATHER THAN
 ELECTRICITY AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE CONTACT
