 1) THESE PLANS ARE FOR A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING, WHICH
 FALLS UNDER THE SCOPE OF THE 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 RESIDENTIAL PER CITY AMENDMENTS FBC 101.2. THIS REVIEW
 HAS BEEN PREFORMED UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2) ON SHEET CS OF THE PLANS, THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS
 GIVEN AS GROUP R3 UNDER CODE AND BUILDING INFORMATION
 AND AS R-2 UNDER COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS A
 TWO-FAMILY DWELLING SO THERE IS NO OCCUPANCY TYPE UNDER
 THE 2017 FBC RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3) ON SHEET A-1, THE B-B CROSS SECTION IS MISLABELED AS
 BEING ON SHEET A-5. IT IS ON SHEET A-4. PLEASE CORRECT.

 4) THE AREA TABULATIONS SPECIFY THAT THE COMMON AREA
 VESTIBULE IS CONDITIONED SPACE. THIS IS NOT REFLECTED
 ON THE MECHANICAL PLANS WHICH SHOW ONLY A110 CFM
 EXHAUST FAN. THE EXHAUST FAN NOR THE A/C FOR THE
 VESTIBULE ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE ELECTRICAL PLANS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) SPECIFY THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE ELECTRICAL PANEL
 AND DISCONNECTING MEANS ON THE PLANS. FBCR-E3405 AND
 E3601.6
  
 6) ATTIC ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ALL ATTIC AREAS THAT
 HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES OVER AN AREA OF NOT
 LESS THAN 30 SQUARE FEET. THIS WOULD INCLUDE THE 54
 SQFT VESTIBULE. FBC-R807.1
  
 7) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW/GLASS TYPES, STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE CEMENT TILE ROOF THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD.
  
 8) NOA NO. 14-1103.06 THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE CGI
 SERIES 450 INSWING DOOR IS EXPIRED. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 9) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 FIBERGLASS DOORS FL-20468.4 ARE NOT LISTED IN THE
 SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-2. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 10) THE SCHEDULE ON A-2 LISTS DOOR 01 AS AN ALUMINUM
 STOREFRONT ENTRANCE DOOR WITH NOA NO. 17-1114.04. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THIS DOOR WERE NOT SUBMITTED. FBC

 11) THE SCHEDULE ON A-2 LISTS WINDOWS 09 AND 04 AS SH
 24 - 700 SERIES WITH NOA NO. 17- 0630.08. THE OTHER
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS HAVE NOA NO. 16-0714.06 AS THEIR
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. NOA NO. 16-0714.06 HAS BEEN
 SUPERSEDED BY NOA NO. 17-0630.08. PLEASE REVISE THE
 SCHEDULE AND SUBMIT TWO SETS OF THE CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVALS ( NOA NO. 17-0630.08 ) FBC 107.3.4
  
 12) THE FLORIDA ENERGY FORM R405-2017 HAS SOME ERRORS.
 THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA AND
 NOT DELRAY BEACH. THE CORRECT JURISDICTION NUMBER IS
 604700. ITEM #3 LISTS THE NUMBER OF UNITS AS ONE AND
 THERE ARE TWO UNITS. THE ROOF MATERIALS ARE CONCRETE
 TILES NOT COMPOSITION SHINGLES. THE VENT RATIO SHOULD
 BE 150, UNLESS THE PLANS ARE REVISED TO SHOW THAT 40
 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED ROOF VENTILATION IS LOCATED IN
 THE UPPER PORTION OF THE ATTIC SPACE PER FBC-R806.2.
  
 13) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
