 EQUIVALENT LENGTHS OF PIPE, FITTINGS, AND HOSE, OR FLOW
 CALCULATIONS, WHEN USED WITHIN THEIR LISTED
 LIMITATIONS. THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE LISTED
 SYSTEM DESIGN MANUAL, HOWEVER, SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE
 TO THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION FOR VERIFICATION
 THAT THE SYSTEM IS WITHIN ITS LISTED LIMITATIONS.

 SHALL BE IDENTIFIED ON THE COMPUTER CALCULATION
 PRINTOUT.

 WHERE FIELD CONDITIONS NECESSITATE ANY MATERIAL CHANGE
 FROM APPROVED PLANS, THE CHANGE SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
