 SEVERAL COMMENTS WERE NOT ADDRESSED. PRIOR TO CO OR
 TCO, SUBMIT A REVISION ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. FBC A 207, REVISE PLAN TO INDICATE WHICH METHOD OF
 COMPLIANCE IS ELECTED (ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS,
 IBC2000 OR IBC2003).
  
 2. ALS.0.1, BUILDING TYPE IIA WITH A NOTE THAT PER
 TABLE 601 FOOTNOTE D, 1 HR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 SUBSTITUTED BY FIRE SPRINKLER. THIS CAN ONLY BE TAKEN
 IF THE SPRINKLERS ARE NOT REQUIRED BY OTHER PROVISIONS
 OF THE CODE. A STORY INCREASE WAS TAKEN (FROM 3 TO 4),
 SO THIS EXCEPTION CANNOT BE UTILIZED.
  
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES TO SEE ATTACHED LETTER. THIS WAS
 AGREED TO BY BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH RATIONALE TO BE
 PRESENTED IN A SIGNED AND SEALED LETTER, PLEASE
 PROVIDE.
  
 3. ALS.1.1, REGARDING THE EXISTING STAIR: FBC EB 805.2
 EXCEPTION 2, THIS WAS COMPLIANT UNDER THE CODE UNDER
 WHICH IT WAS CONSTRUCTED. INSPECTOR WILL VERIFY THAT
 DEVIATION BETWEEN STAIR TREADS WILL ADJUSTED IF UNSAFE.
 PER ARCHITECT, THE GUARDRAIL AND HANDRAIL WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO COMPLY WITH FBC B 2014.
  
 4. A0.0.2, A WOOD CEILING IS SHOWN. IF THIS IS A TYPE I
 OR TYPE II BUILDING, THIS APPEARS TO BE PROHIBITED, SEE
 FBC B 603 FOR COMBUSTIBLES PERMITTED IN A NON
 COMBUSTIBLE BUILDING.
  
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT SPEC SHEETS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE ARE ATTACHED; UNABLE TO LOCATE.
  
 5. SEOR TO REVIEW SOILS; INCORPORATE REFERENCE INTO
 PLAN OR PROVIDE A SHOP DRAWING REVIEW STAMP.
  
 6. ENERGY CALCS, CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING OR REVISE
 ACCORDINGLY:
 A. EXTERNAL LIGHTING IS NONE; HOW WILL THIS BUILDING
 COMPLY WITH MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATION IN THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE? SIGNAGE FOR THE BUILDING? LIGHTS ON THE
 EXTERIOR? SP1.0.1 SHOWS EXTERIOR LIGHTING.
 B. WALLS SHOWN FOR 2ND FLOOR ONLY, WHERE IS THE DATA
 FOR THE OTHERS?
