 (561) 233-5025. UPON APPROVAL OF PLANS, YOU MAY CHECK
 OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW.
 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 CRITERIA REQUIRES 2 HR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING FOR THE
 EXTERIOR WALLS. SEE BY TABLE 601 FBC-BUILDING. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAIL/SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2 HR FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY.

 THE REVISED PLANS SPECIFY 2 HOUR WALL FOR THE SOUTH AND
 EAST EXTERIOR WALLS ONLY. THIS IS INCORRECT. IF THE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS III-B, THEN ALL 4 EXTERIOR BEARING
 WALLS OF THIS BUILDING NEED TO BE 2 HOUR. REVISE PLANS
 AS REQUIRED.
 ALSO, PROVIDE COMPLETE WALL DETAIL OF THE SPECIFIED 2
 HOUR WALL ASSEMBLY U905. NO DETAIL WAS PROVIDED AS
 REQUESTED ON PREVIOUS CHECKLISTS.

 REPEAT COMMENT. ARCHITECT'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT
 A SIGNATURE WAS PROVIDED. THERE ARE NO SIGNATURES OF
 THE ARCHITECT ON THE ENERGY FORMS SUBMITTED.
 ALSO, ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED, IT LOOKS LIKE THE
 ARCHITECT IS DESIGNING THE BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS. PROVIDE SIGNATURE AND LICENSE NUMBERS
 ON EACH TRADE THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN.
 NOTE: AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CERTIFICATIONS PAGE THERE IS
 A FOOTNOTE STATING THAT THE NAMES AND REGISTRATION
 NUMBERS MAY BE USED WHERE ALL THE INFORMATION IS
 CONTAINED IN THE SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS. THIS MAY BE
 DONE ALSO. BUT MAKE SURE EACH TRADE IS SHOWING THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD.

 1). NOTE #9 OF HIP GIRDER A10 AND NOTE # 6 OF FLOOR
 GIRDER FG1 SPECIFY THAT THE SELECTION OF CONNECTORS IS
 THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OTHERS. THESE ARE TRUSS TO TRUSS
 CONNECTIONS, THEREFORE THE TRUSS ENGINEER NEEDS TO
 SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS AND PROPERLY SIGN AND SEAL THE
 SHEETS WERE CONNECTOR IS SPECIFIED.
 ARCHITECT RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT "SEE DETAIL
 1/LS-1 FOR DETAIL, AND ATTACHED TRUSS PACKAGE". THIS
 DETAIL IS INCORRECT. THE HANGERS ARE NOT BY THE TRUSS
 COMPANY. THEY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRUSS
 ENGINEER.
