 EXTERIOR WALLS. SEE BY TABLE 601 FBC-BUILDING. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAIL/SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2 HR FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY.

 ADDRESS THE REQUIRED 2 HOUR WALL FOR TYPE III
 CONSTRUCTION. PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY DETAILS AND

 ALL CONCRETE BLOCK IS TWO HOUR RATED.

 LOAD LESS THAN 5 PERSONS: SO NOTED ON THE PLAN". PLANS
 DON'T SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THIS EXCEPTION. THERE ARE
 TWO REQUIREMENTS TO MEET THIS EXCEPTION. FIRST OF ALL,
 IT NEEDS TO BE CLEAR THAT THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN TO THE
 PUBLIC. THE SECOND REQUIREMENTS IS THAT IT CAN NO HOUSE
 MORE THAN 5 PERSONS. ONLY THE SECOND REQUIREMENT WAS
 MET BY THE SIZE OF THE OFFICE. IN ORDER TO APPLY THIS
 EXCEPTION IT MUST BE CLEARLY NOTED ON PLANS BY THE
