 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES
 MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE
 SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM
