 REQUIRED BY FS553.79(7)(D); PLEASE REVISE TO INCLUDE OR
 ADVISE WHERE THIS CAN BE FOUND, SEE ALSO FBC 110.8.4.
  
 2ND REVIEW, THE SIGNED AND SEALED RESPONSE LETTER
 STATES THAT THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
 PLESE READ THE STATUTE REFERENCED; THIS IS THE
 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENGINEER AND CANNOT BE DELEGATED
 TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.
  
 2. I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A BN LICENSE (STANDARD
 BUILDING INSPECTOR) FOR THE PROPOSED INSPECTOR, STAN
 CHARLES LONG. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIRES A BN,
 PE, OR ARCHITECT LICENSE TO PERFORM INSPECTION SERVICES
 UNDER A SI, FBC 110.8.6. IT APPEARS THAT CHARLES S LONG
 PER DBPR WEBSITE IS AN EIT 1100018521. THIS IS NOT
 PERMITTED PER FBC 110.8.6. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLEAD
 YOUR CASE TO USE AN SI, PLEASE SEND HIS RESUME AND YOUR
 RATIONALE TO ME VIA EMAIL AND I'LL TAKE TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THIS HAS NOT BEEN PERMITTED IN THE PAST (SEE
 APPLICABLE CODE SECTION BELOW).
  
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL NOT BE
 DOING INSPECTIONS AND TO REMOVE HIM FROM THE AGREEMENT.
 PLEASE HAVE CONTRACTOR COORDINATE; DUE TO WORK LOAD I
 AM UNABLE TO PERFORM CLERICAL WORK ON HIS BEHALF,
 ESPECIALLY SINCE THE AGREEMENT IS STILL INCOMPLETE,
 OTHER COMMENTS PENDING.
  
 3. AS COMMENT #1 IS NEW, UPON REQUEST THE PERMIT CAN BE
 A WALK THROUGH IF RESUBMITTED TIMELY (WITHIN THE THE
 NEXT TWO WEEKS) IF OTHER ITEMS ARE ADDRESSED IN ADVANCE
 VIA EMAIL.
  
 2ND REVIEW, COMMENT #1 IS NO LONGER NEW, BUT I'LL STILL
 WALK THROUGH IF POSSIBLE.
  
 4. THE THRESHOLD AGREEMENT WAS NOT SIGNED BY OWNER OR
 CONTRACTOR. PLEASE SEND A ***COMPLETE*** AGREEMENT
 SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES. YOU MAY SEND FOR PRELIMINARY
 REVIEW VIA EMAIL.
  
 110.8.6 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT MAY ALLOW A SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO CONDUCT THE MINIMUM
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION OF THRESHOLD BUILDINGS REQUIRED
 BY THIS CODE, SECTION 553.73, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, WITHOUT DUPLICATIVE INSPECTION BY THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ANY PERSON CONDUCTING
 INSPECTIONS IS QUALIFIED AS A BUILDING
 INSPECTOR UNDER PART XII OF CHAPTER 468, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, OR CERTIFIED AS A SPECIAL INSPECTOR
 UNDER CHAPTER 471 OR 481, FLORIDA STATUTES. INSPECTIONS
 OF THRESHOLD BUILDINGS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 553.79(5), FLORIDA STATUTES, ARE IN ADDITION TO
 THE MINIMUM INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY
 THIS CODE.
  
 2ND REVIEW, NOT ADDRESSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 AGREEMENT SUBMITTED IS OUTDATED. A NEW AGREEMENT AND
 SOP WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL UPON REQUEST.
