 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE COVERSHEET A.1 AND S1 BOTH INDICATE THEY WERE
 CREATED USING THE 2014 FBC-B. PLEASE BE AWARE THE 2017
 FBC, THE 6TH EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WAS
 ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON DEC. 31, 2017, PLEASE UPDATE THE
 CODE REFERENCE.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET A.1 AND S1 BOTH INDICATE A NEW
 EXTERIOR STAIR AT THE REAR OF THE STORE. THERE ARE 3
 RISERS LABELED 7 INCHES, 7 INCHES AND 4 INCHES A TOTAL
 RISE OF 18 INCHES. 18/3=6 INCHES. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION
 1011.5.4. OF THE FBC-B.
 FBC-B 1011.5.4 DIMENSIONAL UNIFORMITY. STAIR TREADS AND
 RISERS SHALL BE OF UNIFORM SIZE AND SHAPE. THE
 TOLERANCE BETWEEN THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST RISER HEIGHT
 OR BETWEEN THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST TREAD DEPTH SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 3/8 INCH IN ANY FLIGHT OF STAIRS. THE
 GREATEST WINDER TREAD DEPTH AT THE WALKLINE WITHIN ANY
 FLIGHT OF STAIRS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SMALLEST BY MORE
 THAN 3/8 INCH.
  
 3) SHEET S1 INDICATES THERE WAS A SOILS INVESTIGATIVE
 REPORT FOR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INSTALLATION, REPORT BY
 NVS INC. REPORT # 15593 FEB. 21/ 2017. PLEASE SUBMIT
 REPORT. FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
